After order i have been called by their staff in order to accept it. Also, they offered me knowledge and support for my trees who are dying and trying to revive them.
I ordered from Tuia.eu. It took 18 days to get the order from Romania to Hungary. The plants was in shipping for 5 days which is lot but inside it was wet. Poor customer service respond time.
Good communication with the team, the plant looks very well and the instructions were clearley. For sure I will come back for another plants.

Kinda bad
They kept the trees so long in small pots that they came root bounded, there was almost no peat in the pot. One of the spruce had 3/4 of the needles brown because the roots had nowhere to grow.

I don't recommend. I've ordered 2 tree roses and one magnolia. The roses looked as if they were waiting to die, full of diseases and fleas, and the magnolia broke during transport. I returned the plants and received back a sick magnolia, without a label, without anything. I didn't want to keep the roses, because they were as i said in a bad shape. After I expressed my dissatisfaction and intention to file a complaint with the ANPC, they returned my money, obviously charging me with the cost of transport as if it was my fault that they were sending defective plants. The plants do not look like in the pictures and are not worth the asking price in any way! Too bad. Like this you will lose customers.

Unrealistic images on the site. Dimensions are reasonable off but the real aspect of the plant is way worse than the images.
