Money taken, nothing received, no reply to queries
They claim that orders are dispatched in 24-48hrs. I made an order and received the email confirmation from them that it had been paid for. After a couple of weeks I realised that I had not heard back from them. After checking my account on their website it said that my order was still waiting for dispatch. So I sent a message from their online help section explaing my situation. After a week of no response I sent another message, this time from my email account so that I have a record of it and at the time of writing it has been over a week since that message. At this point I'm thinking the business is either a scam to take your money, or that they have no staff working in dispatch OR customer service. Either way they get your money and you don't receive your order. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
