The return process is horrible
The return process is horrible. Bought 2 sets of dishes because I needed service for 8. One set arrived broken and I requested a replacement. Was told that wasn't possible and I'd need to return the broken ones for a refund. When I explained I would also need to return the unbroken set, then, because I don't need service for 4, I was told that wasn't possible so I'm stuck with them. Took several days to get the shipping label and I'm still waiting on a refund.

Quality of merchandise.
Delivery was as promised. The merchandise was either defective or for a child. The Christmas bracelet had an extension to adjust for fit but it came off. The other bracelet was too small for anyone to get over their hand to wear it. So disappointed. It looked great when I ordered it. IL am returning hopefully for a full refund.

Negatives: Order tracking ability and visibility needs work. So does order change messaging. It’s fine to tell me you refunded me $18 for out of stock item. But I ordered 3 $18 items and didn’t know which item was cancelled until I received everything else.

Thought you should know. We'll keep the coffee table we received. The description said solid wood and it appeared to be, in the photos on your site. It said nothing about VENEER. Nor did it say that we would have to assemble it!! When FedEx dropped it off, they did exactly that. Dropped it on our driveway in the middle of a rainstorm. If we hadn't seen it, it would have been ruined. Fortunately there was another person in the house to help us bring it in.
