Problem with a return

I am still awaiting a return authorization for a drapery order that did not fit my window. I have sent mulpile emails requesting a return which they have ackhowledged in an email but have never received the authorization from Tuesday Morning.

Ugly Christmas Tree

I purchased a Christmas tree and didn’t like the way it looked so I asked for a return. They approved the return but never sent return instructions. I contacted them over and over but they would not respond. I reported the problem to PayPal but they favored the company because I had the item. I now am stuck with a tree I don’t want and have lost faith in PayPal. I will not be doing business with either company anymore.

I ordered a set of bath towels

I ordered a set of bath towels. When they arrived 4 of the 6 towels were damaged. I photographed them and immediately sent an email to Tuesday Morning asking for a refund and return mailing label. Finally on December 3rd I received an email saying, "Your return request was sent and is being reviewed. We'll contact you once it's been completed." More emails on my part and nothing, nothing, nothing!
Tuesday Morning the store was great; I thought their online business would also be reputable. Not so.
BEWARE!!!

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I returned an item, and the tracking clearly shows that it was received, yet I have never received my refund. I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times, and all communication has been unsuccessful. They simply ignore you and do not respond or resolve the issue. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Defective products being sold.

The deliverance of the 3 pcs Merax suitcase set (poorly manufactured product) arrived to my home in a ripped open box. I immediately contacted Tuesdaymorning.com customer support. I pointed out outer damages to the largest suitcase at first and they offered a bribe type of refund, to keep the luggage. Okay, not until my birthday which was in March, I noticed the zipper system is defective in all of the luggage and inner zippers don’t even have handles/tabs were removed. The TSA Lock came in the locked position and couldn’t be used as the luggage itself; because luggage is only as secure as it’s zippers.
So I was approved for a return/refund and instructed to click on a link to fulfill the return process. But after clicking onto the link, I was told I couldn’t process. When you have several different agents working on your case/ concern, you almost always hit a snag.

On Tuesday Morning website

On Tuesday Morning website, I chose the " description" tab. About 3/4 down, the website turns dark and even though the description area is still visible, it stops scrolling, so I am not able to see the rest of the description. No, it doesn't stop scrolling because there's nothing else to read. The ability to read description is clearly impeded in the middle of a sentence. It just stops scrolling so you can't read the entire description.

Ordered a 100 gallon deck box

Ordered a 100 gallon deck box. Had to reach out several times to check on the shipping status. Took me four hours to put the box together. The piston rods that help to keep the top open did not work. Reached out via email since there is no phone number. They responded. They didn’t know what a piston rod was so I sent pictures and the explanation. I was a little bit of a smart a$$ in my reply because I was so frustrated. They never responded to my email. I have resent it numerous times over the last few weeks. No response. Now I have a $200 piece of crap sitting on my deck that will cost me $60 to replace these piston rods. My Advice is…just don’t Order from them. The savings isn’t worth the hassle. This is definitely not the same company as the in store version. I was sad to seem them close as I was a regular shopper. Will definitely tell everyone I know about my online experience.

Addedum to my earlier review entitled "Screwy Ordering Experience"

I would like to add an addendum to my review. I have reached out via email (this is the only course of action since you cannot call their customer service) to get a return label to return the merchandise I ordered. Their website is flawed if ordered on a iPhone. They charged me $4.00 in order to have a easy return and they won't even return an email so I can get a shipping label. I have sent at least 10 emails over the past week and a half. Don't know about these other reviewers, but I'm about ready to dispute the charge with my credit card company if I don't hear from someone from Tuesday Morning.

I was a little skeptical

I was a little skeptical, ordering the sheets that they would not really be all 1000 threadcount but after I washed them a couple of times, they were absolutely wonderful and everything that they described for about half or less of what I would expect to pay

Sadly I had to return my item

Sadly I had to return my item, because it was too big. But my return experience was very good. Fast, and easy to navigate Also I was supposed to receive sunglasses with this order, and have not received them yet

The lamps were smaller than I expected…

The lamps were smaller than I expected so I wanted to return
The link they sent me wouldn’t let me use the cash option
When I emailed support, they wanted me to take store credit which I did not want
I was frustrated and finally decided I could use the lamps in other areas of my home
The lamps are good quality
Just be sure you really want the product before you order
I won’t be ordering from Tuesday Morning in the future

Poor quality sheets

Ordering easy. Good shipping time. I have bought Egyptian 1000 thread count cotton sheets in various sizes over 20 times in two decades mostly at Tuesday Morning brick and mortar stores before they closed. The sheets I received are of very thin material and, regardless of what packaging says, are not 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. Not the quality I was expecting. Also not worth my time to return and they have been donated to goodwill.
