To request payment of a 14 day invoice after 172 days is not unreasonable. We were not aggressive but assertive in requesting payment.

Party Wall negotiation
Thomas and Thomas acted for us on a very complex party wall negotiation for the construction of a new hotel. This was conducted with the upmost professionalism and concluded without any further dispute. We would highly recommend the team.
