This is the third time Brandon has cleaned our family room carpet. He always calls to confirm at least one day in advance and is very punctual. He always checks the carpet for areas that may need more attention than other areas and always asks if there is anything I’m concerned with. He does a very thorough job, our carpet always looks brand new when he is done! We would never use anyone but Brandon and Tile & Carpet Town.

We recently purchased and had installed, wall-to-wall carpeting and two bedrooms as well as a large area carpet in our family room. The experience was excellent from start to finish! The store had a variety of selections and our sales person, Laurie Shapiro, was extremely helpful in assisting us making our selections.

Their installation team of Tony and Steve were right on time for our installation appointment. They moved all of the furniture out of the bedrooms and we’re very neat with their work. When they left our home you could not tell they had been there.

We would highly recommend Tile and Carpet Town to anyone for their flooring needs.

This is the 20th year that we have had Tile & Carpet Town clean our carpets. Brandon is an expert at cleaning the carpets. He is very professional as well as having a great personality. He does not rush through the job and makes sure all the carpet areas are cleaned perfectly. Before the actually cleaning process he checks the carpet for extra soiled spots so he can apply an extra cleaning spray. After he finishes the cleaning and before he leaves he inspects the carpet to make sure everything looks okay. The price for cleaning the carpets is also very reasonable. As an extra plus, he likes pets and our dog. Our dog likes him so we don't have to shut her in a different room as she just stays in the kitchen watching and waiting for Brandon to pet her.

Great people to work with, Laurie S., and the tile installer, mike kowalik, is a true master of his craft, tile work. I highly recommend doing business with them.

Tim and Jason installed our new bedroom carpet. They were extremely professional, courteous, and did a great job.In addition, Zach guided us in the selection of our carpet and as a result, we felt very confident that we made the right choice. It is because of service like this that Tile and Carpet Town has been our choice for 15 years.

Tile & Carpet Town saved us from the mess Joy Carpet left us in. Joe Commisso of Joy Carpet was very intimidating. He damaged my wall, became argumentative and pushed my husband twice. He walked off the job leaving me with only half the living room carpeted. The seams in the hallway were horrible. I contacted Tile & Carpet Town. Carmen came out on Friday and gave us an estimate. On Saturday, Bob and Ron showed up. They fixed the horrible seam. They finished the living room and the stairs. I cannot even find the seam in the living room rug. They were very respectful, courteous and professional at all times. I am so sorry I didn't go with Tile and Carpet Town to begin with. They were my saviors during a very stressful time. I cannot thank them enough!

Need carpet for a rental unit stairway within a short window replaced. Estimator came out that day to determine what was needed and installers removed old and replaced with new within 4 days of initial contact. Installers did a great job. Looks great and reasonable price.

Tile & Carpet Town sent two very experienced installers on install day. These men had been in the business for 30+ years, and gave very helpful recommendations about different ways to install specific sections of carpeting to hold up better over time. They were professional, fast, and the finished product looked amazing. I will definitely go back for other flooring needs.

Joe from the beginning was tuned in to our concerns from quality carpet, color, wear, etc. He is an excellent listener and interjects well qualified advice. Joe discusses everything involved from start to finish. Joe is the go to guy! We most certainly are well satisfied customers and will be returning for our flooring needs.

Everything went exactly as planned. Brandon called two days before the appointment to confirm, he arrived on time, and took just as long as he said he would to clean our family room carpet and one set of stairs. He was polite and friendly and our dog loved him! In addition, he cleaned everything up after so that you would never know anyone had been here working!

Every time we have moved into a new house Tile and Carpet is one of our first stops. Joe and Stuart have redone 7 floors now and we wouldn't ream of going any where else.

Our latest project was replacing a carpet on our landing, my plan was tile. Joe pointed out that we have young kids and if they fall on the stairs onto tile that wouldn't be great, so we decided on a softer luxury vinyl tile. The tile goes down just like normal tile, but it feels warmer and softer. Looks amazing!!! Thank you Joe and of course Stuart

My go to person is Dawn at the Auburn Store. She goes above and beyond and is always helpful with my selections. We just had hardwoods installed in our living room and hallway. The installers (Justin and Zach) were a professional and hard working team . I would highly recommend this company.

We just had new vinyl flooring installed in our basement due to water damage. What a great experience from beginning to end!
