Our experience with TS Housing Management/Keyfound/Tijay Singh (operating under multiple aliases including Prymeo property management ) was incredibly frustrating. Received no response after indicating that I will be taking the matter to small claims. Avoid at all costs and STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY. I have seen a lot of have scammed saying there is a group they formed, how can I join as I am a victim of Tijay Singh as well?

The current owner of the rebranded company Keyfound appears to be legitimate and professional and picking up the mess from the individual he acquired the business. His predecessor, Tijay Singh, is a con artist and you should avoid him at all costs. Through very intricate loopholes and conditions, he managed to justify stealing money from his clients and is currently embroiled in legal difficulties.

You are absolutely right. We too have been cheated. One shifts responsibility to the other and they do not refund. We have been fighting with them since August last year. Can we contact you as a victim to join forces?

Unfortunately, I've joined a group of people who were scammed by Tijay Singh and his company.
The new owner/director knows Tijay well and is his business partner in other ventures although he claims he has no contact with Mr T. Singh.
Reported to PRS, police and small claim court.
Absolutely disgusting practices. These people must be stopped.

I paid a £1.5k deposit to secure a viewing for a serviced accommodation deal, only to have the viewing postponed for an entire month. After waiting, I was suddenly asked to prove my financial statements and was told I didn’t meet their requirements. I strongly disagree with this, as my statements were more than sufficient.

When I requested a refund as per the contract, I was told they would find a replacement investor “as soon as possible.” After nearly two more weeks of waiting, I discovered that the CEO had closed the business account and sold the company to someone else who is claiming no responsibility for prior losses! To add insult to injury, my messages are being ignored and there is zero communication!!

There are at least two more investors in my network who have been scammed out of their deposits as well with the same story of “not passing the statements stage” despite their finances being perfectly fine. It’s clear this was a planned scam to collect deposits, deny refunds, and avoid accountability by selling the business.

Do NOT engage with these people under any circumstances!!! This has been an appalling and distressing experience which will be challenged legally!

DON'T MAKE BUSINESS with this guys. Con artists! They tell you everything you want to hear before they have your deposit £1500. After that, stop engaging, stop answering your queries. I had a viewing booked. The day before the viewing they told me me (only because I asked), that the viewing was cancelled because i failed referencing (which at the moment I think it was another scam, like probably the properties presented). Got me a property after more than two weeks that after my due diligence, it was above what I could spend. More than a month after I'm still waiting for a property. Already requested my deposit back and no answer. I will go legally as long as possible. Another thing there's no emails only wapp. Guess it's easier to get away with our money without being caught and without a trace. STAY AWAY STAY FAR FAR AWAY! CON ARTISTS, ROBBERS NOT TO TRUST AT ALL!!!!!

I don’t normally write reviews however, this company has physically stole money from me and have left me no choice as they are not engaging and dealing with any of my queries. They were extremely quick in replying and answering queries but once I had sent over my deposit of £1500 they have suddenly become quiet and very hard to get hold of. As stated in their contract that if I am unhappy with the viewing, my deposit is 100% refundable. They have not responded and once I had raised a payback request they have said that the deposit is not refundable which clearly goes against their initial advertisement and contract. I am shocked this company has people even engaging but then again, they are very cunning and drag you in before it’s too late. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!

I’m extremely disappointed with this agency. Communication was good before deposit was paid, bure surely enough, once they took our £1500 deposit, promising a refund if we were unhappy after the property viewing. A day before the scheduled viewing, we reached out multiple times to confirm if it was still going ahead. Unfortunately, we received no response to any of our messages.

Due to the lack of communication, we were left with no choice but to initiate a chargeback for the deposit. Only after this did the agency finally respond, stating we would no longer be eligible for a refund.

Their terms and conditions clearly state that the deposit is refundable if the viewing is attended and we choose not to proceed. Had they responded to our messages, the chargeback wouldn’t have been necessary.

Now, the company refuses to refund the deposit, and we have lost the full £1500. To make matters worse, after leaving a negative review on Google, they had the nerve to offer only 50% of the deposit back.

This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

I believe a lot of the 5* reviews are paid and fake, and funnily enough, the 1* reviews are mainly related to the loss of our deposits.

These 5 stars are all fake. They scammed me out of my hard earned money. I'm trying to go through the proper channels to get this back.

We had an extremely frustrating experience with TS Housing Management/Keyfound/Tijay Singh (operating under multiple names). My business partners and I paid a £1,500 deposit to hold and view a property one month in advance. Despite repeatedly trying to confirm the viewing details—such as the location and time—via emails, messages, and multiple phone calls, we received no response whatsoever.

The company clearly violated the contract terms by failing to provide the agreed details for the viewing. Left with no alternative, we initiated a chargeback through our bank, providing evidence of all ignored communication. We also posted honest reviews on Google and Trustpilot to warn others.

It was only after these reviews were published that we received an email from Tijay Singh, stating he would refund the deposit—but only on the condition that we removed the negative reviews. This was an obvious attempt to silence us and cover up their misconduct.

To make matters worse, we were then contacted by a ‘legal adviser’ representing Tijay Singh and TS housing management, who threatened to sue us for defamation. This was despite the fact that everything we wrote was 100% true and supported by evidence, including ignored emails, messages, and calls. Tijay Singh also later claimed he would only return half the deposit, even though it is our money and the fault lies entirely with the company.

As of now, we still haven’t received the refund. This company’s behaviour is disgraceful and unacceptable. My legal team will be contacting Trading Standards, Action Fraud, and The Property Ombudsman (TPO) to formally report this company for their unethical and unprofessional practices.

If you are considering dealing with this company, we strongly advise against it. Their lack of communication, breach of contract, and unprofessional conduct are shocking. They failed to fulfil their obligations and left us chasing after our own money.

Absolutely disgracing management. They took 3,000 from me just to view a property and spend a whole month holding the money to get me a viewing. Now they are saying they are having banking issues for the last 2 weeks. We will be filling in claims immediately.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the services provided by TS Housing Management Limited and Tijay Singh. If I could rate my experience lower than one star, I would do so without hesitation.

I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Tijay Singh and TS Housing Management Limited to exercise caution. My engagement with them, which began on Facebook, has been a series of frustrating and disappointing experiences.

I encountered significant difficulties regarding the sourcing fees I paid to TS Housing Management Limited. On 23rd February 2024, I signed a property sourcing contract and paid £2750 in fees. According to the contract, I was entitled to request a refund of my deposit, minus a £300 administration fee, if suitable properties were not sourced within three weeks. Unfortunately, the properties presented were substandard and required extensive work, making them unsuitable for rental purposes. Despite requesting a refund as outlined in the contract, TS Housing Management Limited has failed to return the £2750 I paid. Their lack of communication and refusal to honour the terms of the contract has been incredibly frustrating.

As of today, I am owed £3340 and intend to pursue all available avenues to resolve this issue.

Additionally, on 2nd May 2024, I lodged a formal complaint with the Property Redress Scheme (PRS) against TS Housing Management Limited and Tijay Singh concerning the unfair business practices I experienced. After multiple attempts to reach a resolution, the PRS ruled in my favour, ordering TS Housing Management and Tijay Singh to repay £2975 by 20th September 2024. However, it is now 7th October 2024, and despite the PRS ruling, they have not made the payment. I am still waiting for this matter to be resolved.

Beyond these issues, I have also been dissatisfied with their Management services. Despite paying £890 for staging and initial property management fees for a property I sourced myself, with the expectation that staging and advertising would be completed within two days, the property was far from ready upon inspection. Key items such as cushion covers and kitchen appliances were missing, and the cleaning was below acceptable standards. By 19th April, over three weeks after handing over the keys on 27th March, the property staging was still incomplete.

Their marketing approach was equally inadequate. Despite providing detailed information and photos of the apartment’s amenities, these were not used in the listings. Furthermore, the pricing strategy was misaligned with the competitive market. My studio apartment was listed at £250 and £227 per night, which is higher than larger, more modern two- and three-bedroom apartments in the same area, which were available for £230 or less. This pricing made it challenging to attract bookings and positive reviews.

In addition, I felt constant pressure to pay invoices immediately upon receipt. While many businesses offer a reasonable payment window, I received repeated phone calls when payments weren’t made straight away.

Given all these issues, I again strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Tijay Singh and TS Housing Management Limited to exercise caution.

I recently had the pleasure of working with TS Housing Management for my first Rent-to-HMO (R2HMO) investment, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I had a call with Tijay, who was incredibly accommodating and professional. Tijay took the time to answer every question I had, making me feel confident despite this being my first R2HMO.
Tijay and his team started sourcing a property for me straight away with the information I had provided to him and sent over a few properties until we found the perfect one
After signing the terms and paying the sourcing fee for the HMO that Tijay had sourced, he provided me with a detailed video viewing of the property, as I had requested. Tijay was thorough in answering any additional questions I had regarding the property.
Following the remote viewing and thorough discussion about the property, I provided consent to proceed with the deal. The contracts were quickly sent over, and the deal was signed and completed on the same day.
The property has since been handed over to a management company recommended by Tijay, which has already secured tenants for the property.
Tijay and his team at TS Housing Management are running an outstanding operation. They have built a strong foundation, delivering top-notch service and impressive results. I look forward to working with them again in the future and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for expertly sourced property deals.

Tijay has been especially helpful, he had a call with me about what i was looking for and answered my queries fully and was very open and honest. I was scared of working with another company though as i have been scammed in the past….

If there is any complications he does come to the best solution for both myself and his team - I understand that the process can take some time but it was definitely all worth it in the end

I had a great experience from start to finish and would highly recommend.
