I am a new entry, know absolutely nothing about the working of the industry in UK, but it was amazing to have Paulo assigned to me, he was there every step of the way, following up consistently, clearing up doubts. Initial conversation was very interesting.
I haven't had my experience at their London studio yet but I can tell, just from speaking with Paulo on the phone, they are a professional outfit and very flexible.
