This place is a scam!!! Please avoid at all costs. I have no idea how they have been allowed to keep doing this but I promise I am building a case against them. Everyone who has been negatively impacted by them please respond to this message with your email. It’s time for a Netflix documentary.. this cannot go on any longer. They are taking advantage of innocent people and leaving them in debt. They left me suicidal from this

Avoid this place at all costs!

Firstly, the man who I spoke to initially, Lewis Green before my appointment, he did not used to listen to me properly and constantly cut me off, which is unprofessional.
Secondly, when the photoshoot was done and was told I passed it, I was told that I have to decide now if I want to do go ahead with the career or not. If I do it, there is no cooling off period, and I don’t even have a day or two to decide because they’re going to delete my photos straight away!
So I decided to go ahead since I didn’t want to lose the chance of earning lots of money, but after paying the large sum, the agencies were demanding hundreds of pounds more to start up even after their initial admin fee, god knows what for! I’m sure I work to earn money, not to pay money.
Thirdly, I did not receive any calls from them for the years followed by asking me to come back in for updated version of photos, which were paid for.

I thought I will have legal routes to get my money back since I thought I have 14 days cooling off period regardless of the signed agreement, but unfortunately the law allows them to make it non-refundable since the agreement was paid for and signed on the premises, so they are lawfully scamming people!

Business is a SCAM. PLEASE AVOID! There are many people being scammed by this business. I attended TS Studios once in 2024 after being encouraged to sign up on the day. I was placed in a pressured sales environment and felt rushed into signing paperwork without the terms being clearly explained. Search them on tiktok there are videos about them being SCAMMERS!

Only a limited service was provided on that single visit, with a small number of photos taken. Despite this, ongoing monthly payments of £20 continued to be taken from my account long after the session, even though no further services, sessions, or benefits were provided.

I was not clearly informed that signing would result in recurring charges, nor was a clear cancellation process explained. When I later raised concerns, the situation felt misleading and stressful, especially given how difficult it was to resolve.

I have since seen multiple other reviews from customers describing similar experiences involving pressure to sign and unexpected ongoing charges. I would strongly advise anyone considering this studio to be extremely cautious, please don’t come here. They also overly compliment you, fake like this business.

Recently have tried to reach them to schedule re shoot as my package included it. Unable to reach them, no one answers the phone, no response from emails. I hate to admit it, but they scammed me.

I had a very disappointing experience. At the beginning, they asked me to pay £50 to book a slot for a photo shoot, assuring me that the money would be refunded and that it was only to guarantee my attendance.

However, after the photo shoot was completed, I was taken into a room and pressured to purchase the photos at a very expensive price. I felt misled and uncomfortable with the way the situation was handled.

In my opinion, this felt very dishonest and unprofessional. I would advise others to be cautious before booking.

Stay Away – High Pressure and Misleading

I strongly advise others to avoid New Look Talent Model Agency / TS Studios in Camden.

I was promised great potential and offered a “free” photoshoot (after paying £50 upfront). On the day, only a few of my outfits were used, and the photos and styling were very average.

At the end of the shoot, I was put under significant pressure to purchase an expensive package. The sales tactics were intense and emotionally persuasive. I ended up paying £780 for very little in return — just basic photos and publicly available casting website links.

There was no real support, guidance, or genuine opportunities provided. I felt misled and taken advantage of.

Please be cautious and do thorough research before committing.

My experience with TS Studios Manchester, in November felt like a high-pressure sales operation disguised as a modelling opportunity.

Aggressive Pressure: Coordinator Lewis Green from New Look Talent called and texted relentlessly to book the £50 portfolio shoot, promising immediate work afterwards. This was a manipulative lure.

Poor Quality: The £50 booking included sub-par hair and makeup and a generic 3-4 hour session. After the shoot, the Photo Editor, Kim, isolated me in a room and aggressively pressured me to buy 10 photos for an inflated price of £400 (£50 booking + £350 for 10 poor photos).

Manipulation: Despite voicing my strong dissatisfaction with the images, she insisted they were good. Feeling tired and anxious, I was manipulated into agreeing to the exorbitant price.

This agency prioritises ripping off money (£400 total paid) for a poor portfolio under duress, with no guarantee of any modelling work afterward.

Do not waste your time or money. Seek legitimate agencies that do not require such costly, high-pressure portfolio purchases.

Literally such a big waste of time and the staff are so rude. STAY AWAY!!!!

They are scammers ‼️‼️‼️‼️⚠️and mislead u into high cost pictures which u never get any made portfolio they make all the people here do the trustpilot like immediately after the photos so everything here is fake

This is a SCAM , real modeling agency’s doing convince you into paying money , so many people have been scammed by this agency they pressure you into buying the photos and u will never become a model through this !

Was a little nervous at first but was made to feel comfortable and at easy from start to finish! Thoroughly happy with the results and highly recommend Ts Studios to anyone who is serious about modelling and obtaining the best service and end product at a highly competitive rate.

I’m really excited to take the step toward a completely new experience in my life. It’s definitely outside my comfort zone, so it feels a little scary, but I already feel welcomed and supported by Paulo. He explained everything in such a clear and friendly way. Im feeling very confident moving forward.
