Excellent product at affordable price great after care

I had been wearing NH aids for some years so my ears and brain are well adapted. There are well documented reasons for a change to Smart Hearing...I am delighted with your product. The explanatory videos are excellent and the aids are comfortable and easy to wear. Volume and programme changes are simple and straightforward. I am sure there are many skeptics who say that at this price they can't be any good...we have been conditioned to think that way. "The proof of the pudding...etc" - the result is excellent. Thank you from a happy customer. Would thoroughly recommend.

I cancelled the order the day after I purchased the hearing aids, after seeing poor reviews. I received some very nice emails from 'Dianne'. Who agreed that I would return the items un opened once delivered. A Royal Mail tracking number arrived. After 3 days, no parcel received. Checked RM tracking, and noted they were still awaiting delivery from the sender. Two weeks later and after several email exchanges the items still have not arrived, nor has my refund. My emails have become more direct an less accommodating. I threatened them with bank action, bug they asked me to hold fire to allow thdm to sort it out. Bottom line is I have today raised this issue with my bank and they will manage the refund through master card. I’m lucky. I'm not in need of the cash. However I'm not letting these bastards have my money - or yours.

At first I was sceptical as have bought in ear hearing aids before after being assured they would fit my narrow ear canals.They are unused in a drawer so you can understand my concerns.Eventually knowing that I really needed to do something about my hearing I saw the advert & as the price was good so much cheaper than high street prices I decided to try them.Also because I have narrow ear canals the fact that the advert stated they were the size of a coffee bean also helped me choose
When they came they were so easy to use compared with previous ones.The controls are simple to understand & implement.I had a query during the first couple of days & customer service answered my e mail very quickly & sent me a follow up to see if their suggestion had helped.
I would not hesitate to recommend these hearing aids ,the quality is very good,the price is affordable & customer care go out of their way to make sure you are happy.Very happy with my purchase & they are a UK firm as well so you don't have to wait weeks to get them.

My 83-year-old mother ordered some hearing aids, nothing every been received, no response from company. Company said they had been sent to Royal Mail but Royal mail not aware of anything

Similar experience as the other 1 star review and same result. With these units the tube and cup fitted my ear canal but the main unit stands proud of my ear so I look like I'm using trendy ear buds and listening to music, not people I'm with.
Their 45 day home trial doesn't give any realistic chance of a refund if these units aren't acceptable. Mine aren't and despite asking for a return address this hasn't been supplied and won't be unless I accept their 30% plus £10 postage. This isn't reasonable if, as in my case, the units don't sit within the ear. This is a company I'd recommend avoiding.

The hearing aids do NOT in any way perform as claimed.
1) No suppression of background noise - massive amplification and distortion instead. Nearby conversation drowned out.
2) No discernible difference between the 4 "programmes" or 5 volume settings;

I have not been able to identify the legal entity behind Try Smart Hearing, which I would normally expect for a UK-facing retailer.

With a few days the pain was so much less and within a week it has almost gone now
I am so reassured now but have a tube upstairs and another downstairs just in case I do something to make pain come back

What kind of company is this?I ordered these aids on 20 th June and a Royal Mail number was allocated. No parcel came and so I requested after seeing numerous poor reviews that I did not want these to be delivered. They took no notice and sent me a delivery which I promptly returned. This cost me £10.95 plus packing. The items were confirmed as returned by Royal Mail the next day. A week on and they are stating they need proof of delivery ( sent) and AI generated replies have told me they need to confirm the seals haven’t been broken . This is a company that advertises 45 day returns. The reviews posted don’t seem to confirm this btw. A week has now gone by and still no refund or even confirmation of refund. This company in my opinion operate remotely. No even sure they have any staff. The most important thing about buying anything is the after sales service and how they treat customers. This company is appalling and I wouldn’t buy anything from them even if their hearing aids were any good which from reviews appear not to be. I don’t think I have ever written such a negative review and hope I never have to do so again. I will update my review if I receive my money. In the meantime I am contacting my bank.
I have just received my refund after three weeks from return of unopened parcel and prompting from my bank.

The two pairs of Smart Hearing aids arrived in early May, My wife and I followed the plentiful fitting and adaption advice to the letter. I had paid £324.99 which extended the trial period beyond the 45 days, in the knowledge that being a hearing aid wearer you do need time to adjust to new devices. On the 28th May I advised them that both sets of aids where totally unsuitable because of the persistent whistling and feedback. The level of noise we experienced and indeed any others in our presence suggests these devices are little more than amplifiers. Having emailed them and notified them of our dissatisfaction and requested a refund, then the real integrity of this company became apparent, questions, delays, referral to their Internal Review team and finally after nearly four weeks of more emails and waiting a derisory offer of £74.99 as a goodwill gesture. Do not believe a 45 day trial, it’s a scam, any refund will be dependent entirely up to them and it will be very little.This company is unethical and does not in anyway stand by its promotional statements and the likelihood of their aids being beneficial to your hearing difficulties is very very limited. Avoid, avoid avoid. Go to your credit card provider and experience real customer service. Remember we are all protected in law in respect of poor service and products from companys.

I have just bought a Smart Hearing Aid and I can't believe the difference it has made I can hear birds sing so lovely the aid is small and fits suggley in you ear the volume is just a touch of a button for the price it easerly matches more expensive models I would recommend it to everyone to try even if they are thinking of buying a more expensive one I'm sure they won't need too it's that good

I am so impressed with the price and workings of these aids. It is taking a little while to get used to them but I can hear the tv and my wife a lot clearer.

Scammers. Customer service is e mail. No telephone number. If you change your mind during 14 day cooling off period, they stall you to return hearing aids . The return address isnt there's it a royal mail address holding warehouse. Once youve returned parcel try smart hearing then tells you thats not there return address delaying a refund and royal mail find out try smart arent at address given. They hold hearing aids ad they have nowhere to return them to and will auction them or put them in a landfill after 12 weeks . Contact your bank for cashback . They are scammers. Dont delay or youll lose £150 and have no hearing aids either. If you open to try them you wont get a full refund, as they are deemed a used product . You lose. Dont buy anything from try smart hearing !

They kept in touch. when I had a problem they helped me sort it. I lost a hearing aid . so bought another set. they are all fantastic awesome people , so helpful. I am doing ok . i just get an itchy left ear with an earache in the left ear . i don't know why. maybe sensitive. I have had them for about 2 months now.

Do not try this scam company, the 45 day trial is an absolute sham. The amplifiers(they are not hearing aids) are terrible, they look ridiculous and just cause all sound to be louder, if you can get them to fit properly.
I have proof via email that NO ONE gets their full money back unless the kit is returned unopened and unused, so it is far from a trial. STAY WELL AWAY.

I find them.easy to use and very comfotable in use the switch system for changing.the volume is superb and is calibrated to give comfortable hearing levels in different situations all in.all value for money is an understatement l am very happy l listened to the reviews

My first hearing aids came from Specsavers, which I had to stop using when my right ear became even deafer than before. The experience was not a cheap one for the next two years I was looked after by the nation health until recently the performance became decidedly poor.. I saw your advert on Internet and decided to have a go. The hearing aids took a while to arrive, but emails assured me that all was okay.. after a few days of whistling and adjustment I am delighted with the outcome and can hear my TV at a lower level of volume and understand my carers much more easily. I still suspect that background noise may be a problem I’m in a crowd.. but all in all, I’m delighted with the changeover.

Good service. Really good product. Comfortable and efficient. Better than the nhs aids I was using . Specially for spectacle wearers as there are no over ear wires to wrestle with. And because it’s not visible I can tuck my hair back and wear my earrings again. An unexpected bonus!

Do not go near this company, they are one of the worst scams I’ve ever come across. Firstly these are not hearing aids with the same technology as other high end brands they are cheap amplifiers that distort sound and make constant whistling feedback. If all you need is an amplifier there are cheaper ones on the market and you can get them the next day.
I was really taken in by this one, I read some great adverts endorsed by audiologists and I thought we’ll if it doesn’t work for me I can send it back through the 45 day back guarantee. Nope, this company is very crafty with its wording so if it makes things louder, according to them that means it has improved your hearing and you aren’t getting your money back.
They clearly have some type of scam rule book that they follow, you ask for your money back, they say no, you all again they offer you a fraction of your money back. You say no they offer a bit more of your money back.
Then they try to scare you off doing a charge back by saying how much work you have to put in to prove things to your bank and they’ll definitely win so it’s a waste of time.
I’m going through my bank currently to try to get my money back. At this stage I’m just in the frame of mind that the money is gone but I am not going to just leave it.
What these people are doing is wrong, I’m so sick of greedy companies taking advantage of vulnerable people.
This product is a total SCAM, please do your research, this has taught me a valuable lesson, I won’t act so impulsively next time
