This company sent me a machine that was faulty. I followed the instructions by step to set it up, I put the appropriate amounts in according to the instructions. The machine started, then after the water was boiling, it pushed the top off the machine and was spewing scalding hot water all over. I grabbed a pan and picked up the machine to put it on the pan to catch the water and it boiled water over onto my arm.
I sent the company a complaint that morning with pictures and video. They wrote back asking for more photos of the machine, so I complied. They said since it's a faulty machine I am eligible for a return under their 90 day policy, but I had to continue using the machine for 7 days to prove it's faulty. I sent them a message saying that those videos and photos are enough proof that it's faulty and I'm not going to risk getting burned again. They said that I need to follow the steps of using it for 7 days or I'm not eligible for the refund.
I then reported them to the BBB and they have not replied to them about the issue.
This company is disgusting, they sell faulty products that are a hazard to the public and admit in my emails that it was faulty, but we'll not just give me a refund without putting myself in danger

Overall, the product is doing an average job with satisfactory results though that has been poorly designed, the container cannot be removed making the cleaning more difficult. The auto-clean feature is useless and doesn't clean at all.
After less than one year of use, the machine is faulty and blows the fuse at home, I am left without any answer when trying to reach out to customer service which doesn't seem to be isolated looking at some reviews

I had been really happy with my Mylk machine, and used it regularly for making both oat milk and soups. But, it broke after less than a year of having it, with water passing through the bottom of the machine, presumably the seal had gone around the blade. I reached out to Mylk, sharing my experience with the hope they would exchange my machine.

However, over a month later, and after a couple of gentle reminders, I am yet to hear back from them, which is really disappointing.

I had to return the Mylk machine after consulting with Mylk, because my husband had already bought a different machine and used it.
So i discovered that I had to pay for the return to Italy. Now, weeks after I returned it with track and trace, I get the message that the address is incorrect. I have checked it again and it is the address Mylk emailed to me.
They are now refusing to reimburse me, even though I have done everything I should.
I told them I would write a bad review after this experience.

I have had my Mylk machine for a few months now. For the past two weeks customer service has had me sending videos and photos of the issue I’ve been having with it. Basically if you try to use it for oat milk it boils over and comes out the top vent of the machine. The only way to stop it is to stand there and watch it and pull the lid off. This results in steam burns from having to pull the lid off. Anyway weeks and multiple photos and videos later customer service basically says it’s normal and to put less liquid in it. Even if filled to the minimum it still does the same thing. I’ve repeatedly told them this and now they won’t do anything to help me. It seems like my machine is getting too hot but it also seems like they don’t care. So let this be a warning to anyone thinking of buying it.

It is pretty pricey but I have had great success with mine. Tonight I made the lentil soup from their recipe book and although it felt weird to make soup this way I guess it’s like using a slow cooker. Just put in the ingredients and walk away. 20 mins later we had hot, fresh soup and it was very velvety and smooth. Love it! I mainly use it to make oat milk but now I’m using it for soup going forward, so quick and easy with a surprisingly fantastic result ❤️

This machine makes terrible plant based milk. I want to send it back but the process is very difficult. If you buy a bundle package they will only reimburse the mylk machine, not the 2 glass bottles ($48), frother $(19), ebooks ($19) --what a joke. This is a scam. Please don’t waste your money like I did.

Buyer beware. If your machine fails this company is NOT going to help you. They will insist on video evidence and then give you the run around like they are suspicious of either your ability to run the machine or your honesty that it stopped working.

So disappointed! I was really looking forward to receiving my Mylk machine but delivery was taking such a long time as it was coming from China. I didn't realise this when I ordered it. I waited patiently only to be told by the courier that my parcel was now lost. I have asked Mylk to issue me with a full refund as they are responsible for making sure purchases are delivered!

UPDATE.. It is now over a month since my Mylk machine was lost. Despite numerous emails,letters of complaint etc. I have NOT received a replacement or refund. Customer service is now completely ignoring me. I have reported this company to Trading standards and reported them as fraud/scam. I am still out of pocket for over £100!

FINAL UPDATE. despite the fact that trymylk ignored my emails and complaints and the fact that I never received the machine I paid for. My bank refunded my payment in full after 6 weeks investigation. So no thanks to trymylk I now have my full refund.

This is my 3rd time using my mylk machine. The lid vibrates open every couple of minutes. It is set on a firm and level countertop.
I have to use a Velcro strap to hold the lid in place or manually hold it.
The instruction book could have been Summed down to one paragraph. It was redundant and unnecessary reading.

I have owned a few machines and this Mylk is not a good nut milk maker. It tells you to use the soymilk function to make nutmilk and heats it to boiling- way too hot leaving the milk slimy and gross tasting and taking forever to cool down to strain. Then the nutmilk function doesn’t allow you to make enough milk because you have to use the minimum setting. On top of that this cheating company makes you pay return shipping to Italy if you want to return it which is $80 in shipping costs. Otherwise they make you take photos and videos every day for seven days documenting your use (who has time for that?) and then it is still not a guaranteed refund. There are plenty of better nutmilk makers, and much better companies out there to buy a nut milk maker. I love the Miomat. The Almond Cow is ok also. And Nama recently came out with one. Don’t waste your money on this company with horrible customer service and useless machine.

Machine comes without a UK but with an adapter which is slightly disappointing. Relatively noisy in use but not unexpectedly so since it does have to grind/crush nuts etc.Since it is a single unit the jug and electrical base need to be detached from the plug for pouring and cleaning. The user manual and basic recipes have conflicting information regarding nut milk function, one stating that the minimum level should not be exceeded and the other stating that 1 liter (sic) should be used. Both the user manual and basic recipes (e book) contain a lot of repeated information which looks like padding with just title changes for the nut recipes for example. It would appear that the user manual has not been rewritten for the UK market. Reference to liter and fiber, Corn Juice, rice pastes and rice porridge for example.
In use the machine does a good job of creating nut milk, with a creamy texture especially with the lower volume of water. The supplied strainer is quickly overwhelmed however and a larger straining bag is better option for a smoother drink. The heating to boiling is a useful function especially if a temperature less than 100 C is required. No doubt the delay start timer and keep warm function could prove useful.

Just don’t try to return it if you have a legitimate concern or reason. They will require to you to send back the Mylk machine not to the US location it was shipped from but to Cagliari, ITALY…yes Italy & you have to pay the shipping, customs any and all fees associated with sending it to Italy. The shipping costs are ridiculous. This all to discourage you from sending the machine back. I purchased (2) but the gifting didn’t work out & only need (1) so I’m going back & forth with these people via email regarding the shipping, Just be careful & I hope no one runs into any issues & need to make a return. Look at the reviews & you’ll see the same issue & concerns addressed.

REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They give an offer of 90 day money back if you're not satisfied with the product - but when you ask for it they give you the runaround. I went through a couple of months of back and forth emails initially asking for a return and refund. The response was consistently - 'let us know what's happening', so I did, then 'to avail of the 90 day return/refund offer please provide videos and photographs of the problem' - I did that too!!! I sent a very large folder of videos and photographs via WeTransfer, which they downloaded immediately and then I didn't hear from them until 4 weeks later when I emailed them again - which in their 90 day money back policy states they will respond within 14 days of receipt of videos and photographs. As I said 4 weeks later after not hearing from them, I emailed once again to find out where my claim was. I got a different person who proceeded to go through the same questions again - 'let us know what is happening so we can help you', 'send us videos of what is happening' etc etc.
The truth is they do not want to honour their 90 day money back offer, but rather they try to put you off for as long as it takes for the customer to give up.
Do not buy this machine! Apart from it not delivering what it claims to do there are much better ones out there that are sold by honourable and professional people.

A glorified blender that is too tiny to make any more than a glass of milk once strained. The lid does not lock, making it leaky and unsafe. I'd rather use my blender which is more than twice the size and the lid actually locks on, so no leaking! When trying to return, all of a sudden the company is in Italy, which is not where it came from, so forget that. the refund policy states you have to prove use for 7 days LOL which is unheard of. If I don't want to use it due to it's small size and leaky lid, why would I go through the trouble of using it for 7 days SMH. I put a claim in through PayPal, so we will see. This company is a scam.

I ordered this item on the 16th December and still waiting for it on the 30th December. I have reached out to Hannah at try Mylk to receive a very robotic response. Are these machines real? Have I paid over £100 for a mythical machine that's actually fresh air. When asking for help from this supposedly amazing company and getting nowhere makes me question if I want to do business with them or not? At this stage I just want to have a refund but that doesn't seem likely either!

I keep trying to edit the review I made on December 12, 2024 but every time I get near to click on 'edit' it all disappears. I refresh the page, the review shows up again, but as soon as I get near to click 'edit' there it goes, it all disappears again.

I am updating to say that the two glass mylk bottles arrived today, December 13, 2024.

The company has responded to my email in regards to the other items that did not arrive with my order, stating it will all be sent to me. I guess I hope so for the fact that I spent so much money on this.

I do not like the mylk machine. BUT from what I am told, this is coming from another country and not worth paying the expensive price to send it back. SO, I may never use it again, but still, I want all that I paid for to be included with this.

So another week has passed and the unwanted replacement machine still hasn't arrived. I only report this to emphasize just how incompetent and disingenuous TRY MYLK is.
Again, on Nov 24th they emailed me that "a replacement machine has already been shipped to you. It should arrive within the next few days."
I guess in TRY MYLK speak a few days = a week and a half.
I want to add again, and please forgive the redundancy, I DON'T WANT THE REPLACEMENT MACHINE. The TRY MYLK machine is a hazard and their customer service is useless and pathetic.
STAY FAR AWAY!

Do not buy from this company if you live outside of Italy cost me a lot of money to send this machine back with insurance. The machine isn't any different from the 50$ one on Amazon. They function the same with 3 time the price and they not keep their 90 days money back guarantee... You have to send it back and pay all fee. And I see reviews about ship it back and they keep it in ware house or it takes 3- 4 months to get refund so I give up on that. Rather not pay more money!!! This is ridiculous
