Faulty products and horrible customer service
This product has been deemed faulty after six months of use. The heating element will not heat up Any more. The customer service has been horrible. They’ve consistently asked for videos which I’ve sent through multiple times as they’ve asked multiple times over months. I keep following up for responses and I have extremely delayed replies over weeks now they have ignored my messages and I’m not honouring any of the refund, replacement or repair guidelines they offered. In the meantime we’ve bought a blender. Half the price that does more than the system. I do not recommend this product at all.
Risk Free Guarantee is a Farce
The product is not as described on the website. It has a capacity of only 600ml.
We tried the product and it did not perform well at all, the almond milk was not creamy and definitely still required straining though they claimed it wouldn't be likely.
The 90 risk free guarantee they advertise has to be judged by a panel and they decide if your complaint justifies a refund, not much of a risk free guarantee.
The customer support and refusal to refund us on this inferior product has left a sour milk taste in our mouth.

These people are thieves. They take your money and run. The product is cheaply made. Trying to get a refund on the product under the 90 day guarantee resulted in taking my feedback and then ghosting. Once they have your money they run. Complete thieves, do not buy from them.
I ordered months ago
I ordered months ago. Originally had a hard time ordering as the transaction kept getting flagged.
I reached out and they assured me it wasnt a scam.
I kept tracking the shipment only to find it was returned to the sender.
I reached out to them and never heard back. I reached out again requesting a refund and was then told they were working with the carrier.
I asked for a refund again. They gave me an updated tracking number instead. I checked the number and it's the exact same tracking number as before.
I requested cancelation and refund again. I was told they couldn't cancel once it's been shipped.
I checked tracking and it hasn't been shipped so I demanded a refund.
Still waiting for a reply but I will be disputing this with my bank.
This place is a scam.
Lousy machine, lousy service
Machine malfunctioned after a few months. Have spent many months since trying to get them to honour their warranty. They have lied about the video I sent and gaslit me, trying to claim the lid isn’t on properly (when it clearly is in the video I sent) and now they are just ignoring my emails. A crappy product and even worst service. Would give a zero star rating if I could.
Doesn’t hold up to regular use
My Mylk machine broke after less than six months of use. I tried to contact the company, but they are not replying to my emails.
No longer functioning
I purchased the Mylk machine in December and in April the soy button no longer functions. I have only received the runaround from their customer service and my last email to them went unanswered. It's now been 2+ weeks without a response. I want a resolution to the situation. Meanwhile, my machine sits unused on my counter.....
Garbage. More landfill unfortunately.
Like other people, I too, found the machine totally unfit for use. Purchased machine hoping to reduce land waste from Tetra-pac cartons. Contacted company several times and sent photos of the mess machine had made and was asked to send a video but didn't bother as noticed that this had made no difference to other people getting a refund. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE. IT IS A RORT.

Great until it's not.. Unresponsive company
I actually really liked the machine WHILE it was working properly. After about 6 months of use, all of a sudden, I could hear it wasn't blending properly and there was a strong burning smell with little bits falling out of the bottom. I emailed the company and they said (always responding within 24 hours) everything was fine and the problem would go away. After a few months it was getting worse so I emailed again and asked for a refund. They responded asking for a video of it not working properly which I provided and then, lo and behold, they stopped responding completely. If the company wasn't dodging their responsibilities, I would say the machine is great and totally worth it but please don't support this business or risk the potential losses to yourself!

While they were first responsive, they stopped communicating when we asked for a refund as the machine is clearly failing it's operation. Haven't heard for weeks now and simply being ignored.
Reading through other reviews, that seems to be their thing to do. These machines are not meant to last!
Unhappy alright!
Poor customer service
After ordering, they said the product that was going to come to me would be different than what I ordered. After three weeks of emails saying "it's on the way" and "order has been processed," then was told the "new and improved product" was out of stock. Very poor communications and not honest with the status of my order. When I requested a refund, they went silent. I ended up having to put in a claim to get my money back. Even if this was a good product, the customer service was poor.
SCAM!!!!!! STAY AWAY
I used this machine just over a year and I was relatively happy with it even though there were a few annoying things (i.e. self-cleaning function in there just for decoration purposes, the quality of the materials was not perfect, the sign of Mylk peeled off, just to name a few). In the last month the water started leaking from the bottom of the machine so naturally I contacted them to ask what was the matter but was told that "they are no longer providing replacements" even though on their website to THIS day they brag about their hassle free 2 year warranty just to catch a new prey. Obviously they vanished into thin air - no one replies anymore...
Please people don't be fooled by their 5 star reviews on their own website - it is a SCAM - you don't need to be an IT specialist to see the pics their "reviewers" provide are poorly photoshopped. I am in the process of reporting them to the Trading Standards organisation and encourage all the others who had unacceptable customer service do the same - only in this way scammers like them can be stopped. The power is in the numbers!

I have provided a video to TRYMYLK.com as proof the machine wasn't functioning properly, just like I was requested to do, as there is a loose screw you can hear very obviously and the machine smells like it is on fire, so of course I've stopped using it!! The blender doesn't seem to be blending / chopping up the oats/almonds as well as before the loose screw....
NOW - NO RESPONSE.... I started contacting them over 6 weeks ago, AT 10 months having this machine, and NO RESPONSE since submitting the videos!!
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY on this machine? No phone number.... no response... INTERESTING - I paid over $300 for this machine and I have told others to buy as well.... now that I see these other reviews, I'm sorry I did that.

I wish I'd looked at TrustPilot first rather than their own site and customer reviews. I'm having a truly awful experience. Having relayed to 'Hannah' that the machine made boiling over porridge and burnt me twice, 'she' asked for evidence. I provided it, and they still tried to tell me I had put too much ingredients in, despite me explaining I followed pretty simple instructions to the letter, and even attempted with less of each. I submitted videos, photos and was finally told I could return it, but....wait for it..... to Italy (I'm in the UK), and I would be responsible for all shipping and tax fees. Crazy! This won't be cheap. If I was returning it because I no longer wanted it, I would be happy to comply with their 'returns policy' but I am returning it because is basically exploded hot liquid and burnt me!! I will be posting this review on all the sites I can. This company cannot get away with selling this product with such positive, and life-changing affirmations. RUBBISH.

Do not buy this product! it is useless. It makes porridge of oats and the NUT milk DOES need straining. I want my money back under their money back guarantee but there is no way they are going to refund. They have given me impossible hoops to jump through even though they say No questions asked money back. Some websites have them a 23% dissatisfied customers. I believe it probably a lot more than this but a lot of people give up and throw it in the bin where it belongs...
Bad design, lid comes off during mylk program
I purchased my Mylk machine on 22 August 2024, then the lifetime warranty on 5th September 2024. It arrived very quickly to Australia and I loved it at first. The power cable stopped working a week or so in but I thought nothing of it, as I had something at home which easily replaced it. I wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before purchasing as I now realise several customers have reported the same issue I'm now having. Every time the machine blends (it starts and stops intermittently as part of its program), the lid slowly moves to a point where it causes the machine to show the 'lid removed' error. The only way I have managed to stop this is to tie a wire around the lid and handle, to hold it on during the program. It is simply a bad design as they lid just twists on, there is literally nothing to hold it down. There is a rubber baffle under the lid, but since the blender is so strong, it isn't enough to prevent the lid from moving. I have raised this with customer service, starting on 31st December. They were initially helpful and asked me to submit a video, which I did even though it was very difficult to try and film a 25+ minute process. They never reported back to me on my video, which proves the error. They stopped replying on 5th February 2025. I then raised a new issue via the website on 4th March, which they replied to the next day. But when I responded that I was already discussing the issue with them and could they please respond re my video, no response. That was now 8 days ago. I have every email I've sent to them on hand, not sure how much use they will be but I'll keep them anyway! Obviously a scam company of some kind. DO NOT BUY!

Absolutely horrendous customer services.
Firstly it took over 7 weeks to arrive with their "special delivery" and even then, half my order was missing. The milk machine itself is useless. Its not very well made and it doesn't have a secure seal, you just place the lid on top so as the pressure builds up it overflows. I tried it a few times with various different ingredients and wasn't happy at all. I tried contacting customer services to use their "90 day money back guarantee" and I'm still having to fight my case with them now. Its absolutely shocking how unhelpful they are, and are constantly making excuses for their awful product, and the fact that they didn't deliver all the extra items I purchased (milk frother, recipe book etc)
