I have ordered the LLC on 18 September 2022 - I wasn't aware of there system in regards of how they proceed, they were so helpful before placing an order, but when the order is proceed they have the timeline to complete the order for like 4 months, if they had mentioned it earlier, I wouldn't have even proceed with the order.. After the order is placed, I checked there reputation on google and trustpilot and found they are only scamming people. They charged $50 for adjustment fees and did a refund of $350 (which is not justified) as they mentioned me on the email that they don't work on weekends and my order status was still in pending.

My experience with Jumpstart Filings was exceptional and smooth. Cherry is very dedicated & committed to satisfying her clients. As a matter of fact my company & bank filing process was completed even before the scheduled delivery time. I will recommend Jumpstart for startups & any entrepreneur wishing to enter the global market.

I am very grateful to Jumpstart Filings Inc. for their service in helping me to register my company which took within a month.

I am also grateful to my assigned customer associate who communicated with me clearly and answered all my questions.

I was told the process could take longer due to possible delays with the creation of my EIN so I am greatful it was much faster.

Even my business bank account provided through Novel Financial Inc. was quickly setup after my EIN was created.

Scammers they scam people with 399$ and just got disappeared

So far so good. I needed some help to complete onboarding with my company filing with jumpstart. John helped me with that over the chat.I am happy so far. Waiting for the EIN and Bank Account.

Thanks to John it has been a positive experience in getting EIN number on time. Novel did not do its task well and did not get much support in opening bank account. I had to do it on Mercury and was a smooth experience. So 5 stars to John but not great experience with Novel which is recommended by Jumpstart.

Wonderful experience! I have processed 2 LLCs and it´s been very easy, very straight forward, fast and efficient. The customer service is AMAZING, they are always willing to help :)

Jumpstart - It was an easy process to signup. All smooth, I changed my mind to change my company name and John did it within no time. Overland signing up process is pretty smooth and I am sure that it will super smooth after onboarding.
