The so called Business Formation Specialist : John is arrogant, negligent, unprofessional and a liar. Initially, he made a mistake in filing my documents and when I asked him to correct the mistakes he blatantly lied that he has corrected the mistake & now when I received my EIN, the filing mistake is still there in the State Records. On top of that he is now asking for a fee of $300 to file an amendment and when I asked him to show me an official state document or circular that states the fee of $300, he simply told me to file on my own. He's actually trying to charge me $300 for his gross negligence and on top of that there's no option to raise a complaint against him or replace him.

A scam. I made the payment, and their application doesn't log me in. I reached out to service and had over ten back-and-forth emails without any resolution. Only saying that I shouldn't have refreshed the page. Imagine Amazon charging you $400 for a product, and when it doesn't get served, customer service says: "sorry, you shouldn't have refreshed the page".
On top of that, they have the audacity to send commercial emails trying to put me on an affiliate program.

What made my experience great was how fast Jumpstart Filings Inc. deliver in their promise!

The time it'd take for a lot of the processes to be completed is not within their control and it is very easy for customers to get frustrated when things take longer than they should.

I have tried with another filing company to form my first one and it was full of failures and it takes them 1 week at least to respond to me. But, with Jumpstart, they always respond within minutes on chat. Although the EIN filing took me a long time, they always respond and update me on the status of my EIN. Great Job!
