Hello. I’ve been using the product for almost 2 weeks. My gums are definitely less irritated and coming back to its original color. After 3 days of using i started to see the difference in color. After the first use my mouth felt less sore. Give it a try.

I'd order product from them and they delivered it at wrong address.I'd message them about the address and give the right one, they replied to me that they fixed it already but still send it to the wrong address.I'm disappointed how the company didn't help me.

They don’t even deserve one star they are fraud and scammed me out of a $109 they never sent the product and have been lying over a year about a refund. I am going to report this scam to the BBB as they are a fraud scheme and need to be investigated

I really like my Healray and it seems to be helping my gums. I just don't know which setting the combo redlight and Near Infrared are. The first setting or the third setting?

Not sure about the negative reviews here - mine came quickly after ordering and worked well for a time - then it stopped working. I was expecting some kind of process or rigamarole - but after one email i got an immediate response and an immediate replacement shipped. So that qualifies as excellent customer service. I first ordered my HealRay product and customer service always responded to my questions and tracking immediately. About six months later the product stopped working. I reached out customer service and Lucy and Sara again responded immediately and a replacement product was mailed out. Today I received the replacement product which came about two weeks later. I love the product and have seen positive results with my gums.

I bought a heel ray and it was defective, the company would not stand behind their product even though they stated they had a 30 day warranty. I would’ve loved to try it to see if it worked but their customer service and warranty is defective. If I could give him less than one star I would, I am not a happy camper.

Fantastic customer service. I lost my charging cord and could not find one that fit. I emailed them and had not only a new cord but an entirely new device at my doorstep within 2 weeks. Above and beyond. As for the device, dentist noted multiple pockets had improved significantly since my last visit. This was the only thing I changed in my routine.

"Accidentally made a duplicated order due to an error on HealRay's website and the lack of any order confirmation. I immediately emailed HealRay's customer service to cancel the duplicate order. A few hours later, a HealRay CS representative replied confirming that the order had been cancelled and that I would receive a full refund within a few working days.
It has now been a month. I have sent two follow-up emails asking for an update on the refund status, but I have received no reply, no refund, and no product has been delivered."
After my review on trustpilot, HealRay replied me on Trustpilot, time required for the refund is subjectred the process of the bank, 1 month later, HealRay contacted me again and ask me the order no., i thought, they finally know that, they did not proceed my refund, it is not the fault by the bank, it is the fault by HealRay, so they contacted me again and finally i got the refund.

Not trustworthy
Even though it appears that the company is located in the USA, the goods come from China. This means longer delivery times.
I never received my order because the local delivery company delivered the parcel somewhere, just not to me.
HealRay received all the requested data aboutr the complaint and even USPS confirmed that the parcel could not be found.
On 7 December 2025, I received confirmation from HealRay that the order had been cancelled and a full refund would be issued.
To date, despite several enquiries, I have had no further contact with the company and am still waiting for my money (157 GBP).
The whole matter has been dragging on since September 2025. I think I have shown enough patience. I cannot recommend HealRay.
Update:
I already asked my bank about the refund. There is no refund from HealRay until 16/01/2026. My bank told me to ask for a proof that the money have been refunded. But due to the lack of communication there is no chance for me to ask for this proof.
Maybe before you blame others, you should check it on your side.
Update 2 (26/03/2026):
It looked as though there was a solution. Unfortunately, that didn’t work out because HealRay is unable to manage its own accounts efficiently. Despite repeated assurances that my money had been refunded, nothing has happened.
In the meantime, I’ve been offered to have the product sent to me again free of charge if I change my review to a positive tone. There’s still no reason to do that, as I’m still waiting for my money after four months. I don't want the product anyway.
