Upon purchasing the Healray product, I was very skeptical that this unit would bring me reilef in the area that I was having an issue with in my mouth/gums.

I'm a Chiropractor, and have studied the healing benefits of Red Light therapy, when administered to the body.

I thought I'd give Healray a try, even though I was slightly on the fence as to it's affectiveness, and much to my surprise, it has helped me tremendously.

The inflammation in the gum area has reduced dramatically, thus reducing my pain/discomfort. I am so impressed with Healray, and I am now touting it to my patients as well, who have dental issues.

On a seperate note, Healray has such an excellent customer service staff, that has made it a pleasure to do any kind of correspondance. I thank Jusamine for that, although I may be spelling her name incorrectly.

I highly recommend this product and this company, and I almost forgot to say that I had purchased a similar unit on Amazon (no knock on Amazon or the company that I bought from), prior to Healray, and the unit was very inconvenient, in that I had to be right by the wall socket to use this unit.

Healray has designed their product in such a way as to make it so convenient to walk around with if necessary to do so.

I know it's only a 5 mins treatment, but it's annoying to have to be attached to a cord, and stand by the socket.

I have erosive oral lichen planus. Needless to say, my gums are a mess at times. In addition, a biopsy was done for the OLP diagnosis on tooth 21. When the gum is removed for a biopsy, it leaves a lot of the tooth exposed. I was considering a graft. Fast forward to using the HealRay device for almost 2 months, along with their toothbrush and the gel, I am happy to report the gum at tooth 21 looks so much better that I do not need a graft. Even my dentist was impressed. I do use the device longer than 5 minutes a day - you can look at the FAQ to see that it is ok to use up to 15 min a day - and will continue to do so! With OLP if I eat something I shouldn't, of course my gums will get inflamed, so I will continue to do my best to avoid foods and drinks that will exasperate my condition. That said, it is really nice to have this tool available as I see marked improvement! The toothbrush is beyond awesome also!

This device is, to date, the one that has saved the health of my gums, after multiple graft attempts that never took; easy to use and not very restrictive, this device should be in the medicine cabinet of all people suffering from gingival recession.

I was diagnosed by my dentist to have receding gums so badly at my 59 years of age that they needed to do a procedure which I knew was very painful and probably not a solution any way so I was devastated.
I saw a healray add on Facebook and decided to give it a try last year in October; I was not going to go under any knife before Christmas anyway and thought last resort would not hurt if it doesn’t work at least I tried.
By December I noticed great improvement but we all love ourselves more than we can imagine and I thought I better go ask the dentist if it’s just me or this is magic
Well the dentist said to keep it up cause it was working and maybe by January we could cancel my scheduled procedure.
Then unfortunately my decide broke down out of the blue, one day it simply quit charging and I paniced so I inediately co texted costumer service and they sent me a new device right away no questions asked not wanting me to return the faulty device first.
Well that was great but I never received it !!! I got the tracking number and all but it simply got lost before it reached me so I contacted costumer service again and told them what had happened and how freaked out I was cause time was ticking away and I had to be constant with my treatment to avoid a bad procedure I had coming !
They were ever so gracious to basically overnight ANOTHER device !!! Which did get here and I was able to finally avoid the dreaded knife to my gums !
I tell you I am their ever so captive costumer and will always continue to use my device with the gel and the toothpaste I will be their ambassador if I am asked to !!!

My device stopped working and i contacted the company. They were very prompt in sending a new one out. It just takes about 3 weeks to get to Australia. Good service.

I have used other RLT devices for a few years now and recently added HealRay to my routine to specifically target dental health. I know the benefits of RLT and not surprised that the sensitivity in my gums and teeth improved. Also, the design of the soft toothbrush provided is gentle and effective on my teeth and gums. Recommend this device and the general benefits of RLT.

Awesome company, great product , my bleeding reduced in the first week like 70%, very happy with it, had a problem with my unit, they send me a replacement, no questions!!! Love it!!

I purchased 2 units in January, for my husband and myself. Recently one stopped charging. I contacted the company and they immediately dispatched a new unit, no questions asked. Very impressed! Also, my dentist commented that my "pockets" are significantly improved from my last checkup 4 months ago. Even more impressed!

I ordered a Healray and had been using it for a couple of weeks when it needed charged again. I put it on charge and it didn't charge at all and started flashing red and green. I contacted Healray and they immediately agreed to send me a replacement. I am very excited to continue to use this product as I have receding and thin gums.

After just 4 days of using this, the bleeding has stopped and certain teeth are already feeling stronger! I am very pleased, I was skeptical at first, but definitely blown away now.

I had bleeding gums and my gums just felt inflamed. After some research I saw that red light therapy coul help.After a week using it morning and night I could tell a difference. I will continue to use this device.

Since adding this to my oral hygiene routine my teeth have become stronger and my gums are growing back!! Some spots more than others, but it was expected with some areas having more damage from periodontitis. Some of my teeth used to move a little, now they dont. I can see and feel the difference after two months of use. I will continue using it, it’s working for me!!

Im not sure if I can use it because I have a crowns. It doesn't say anything about it.

I am happy with this devise. It is easy and feels great! When I had an issue with the gel pen, Jusmine took care of it completely and quickly. I am very impressed with this company and recommend.

I have just purchased this for $139.97 Australian dollars, next minute I am being charged $170.23 Australian dollars (a separate transaction) for a six pack of gel, I have immediately phoned Paypal and they have issued a dispute, the lady at Paypal even said the gel has cost more than the device. The company has 10 days to reply to Paypal the lady said, I would never have paid $170.23 for a six pack of gel, I actually do not think anyone on the planet would. We will see what happens, let us hope the device works!!

When I first received my healray device, it stopped working after about two weeks but after contacting customer services there was no problem in getting it exchanged ( once I had sent videos of the issue). I have been using all of the products for quite a few months now and can't say that I have noticed any change. I have been suffering with periodontitis for a number of years and after a visit to my dentist, I asked how my gums were( expecting the usual' in a terrible state' answer.
Instead, she said that my teeth and gums were good and manageable. She had me seeing her every 3 months but now ( because of how things are looking) 6 months! So obviously something is working. It is a long, slow process and you can't afford to miss with your routine. But obviously something must be working if the dentist has extended my visits to the practice. She can obviously see something that I can't.

I previously complained about my shipment going all in on the product: the device, gel, toothpaste, even the consultation. Now that I got everything, used the device regularly, and changed parts of my diet. When I visited the dentist, she diagnosed that I have MMP-8 and Stage 2-3 Periodontitis! Right now, I have one toothache on each of the quadrant! Did I do something wrong?!
