Absolute fraud!!! I thought it was fishy the very first day after my order, because I was asked to verify my delivery address via email. As of today: More than a month ago my order was “on its way”. Then on day 14 I saw no progress with my delivery status. The tracking number provided did not match DHL’s requirements. I contacted customer support and I was reassured there is still time. Then I was sent an email saying there is a problem I should once again confirm my address. Then they sent a few emails telling me I should resolve the issue with the carrier, but still did not provide the right tracking information.

We are not a fraud, and we take these accusations seriously.
The address verification email is a standard step we use to make sure orders reach the right place and to prevent delivery problems. It’s sent to protect your order, not for any other reason.
Your tracking number may not work on DHL’s website because international parcels are often handed over to a local delivery partner for the final stage of delivery. In that case, the tracking will show on that carrier’s site, not on DHL’s.
As per our policy, we offer a free replacement if your order is not received within 14 days, so we’re not sure what you mean. Please contact us at support@trycure.org with your order number and we’ll arrange your replacement.

My bank investigated and charged back the full price due to evidence of a scam. Oct 1, 2026
Complete scam. I ordered this online accidentally and within moments, I canceled it. I got an email almost immediately saying OK no problem, we’ve canceled it. Minutes later, I got something saying that it had shipped. I sent another email saying this can’t possibly have shipped within minutes - please make sure it is canceled. Again, I got an email assuring me that I would not be charged and that the product had not shipped. Interestingly, the next day I got an email saying oh we’re sorry this actually was shipped and all those emails sent to you were a mistake and it’s not possible to cancel it. When the product arrived, I sent an email immediately asking to return it. I was told I have to pay to return it, and I MUST INCLUDE A TRACKING SHIPPING NUMBER !! This was not sent to me with a tracking service, so why must I use one? And guess what? I have to send it back to California. It was not sent to me from California. I live in Florida. This is as far as you can send it. I looked up the address on Google Maps and it’s some weird warehouse called Global Stainless Supply. This is a new product just started in 2026, yet has thousands of reviews. There’s no clinical evidence for it (Korean Peptides). This is a SCAM. Do not order it.

We are not a scam, and we do not take these accusations lightly.
Your order was not shipped minutes after you placed it. We process a high volume of orders and ship the same day, so by the time one of our representatives reached your email, your order had already been shipped. Canceling right after placing an order is not normal customer behavior, and it led to conflicting emails before the order could be stopped.
Your order was shipped with full tracking from dispatch to delivery, and the tracking number was sent to you by email. We ask for the same on returns: all returns go to our returns center in California, and a tracking number is required so we can confirm the parcel arrived and issue the refund. This is our standard policy for all customers.
As you mentioned, your bank has already refunded the full amount, so you received the product at no cost. If you have any further questions, please contact us at support@trycure.org.

Terrible customer service/Never deliver
I ordered this product a month ago and still nowhere to be found. I contacted them because the shipping tracking was stuck on “out for delivery” for two weeks. They just kept assuring me it was on its way. Now, they want me to find the package myself and if I want a refund I need to send the package back at my own cost. Very frustrating and I want everyone to know how unprofessional and dissatisfying it has been to deal with this company.

I have no complaints. I subscribed to have my order come automatically. One of the orders arrived damaged, glass bottle was crushed and had leaked in the padded envelope. I reached out to them by email, with picture, and heard back quickly and said they’d send a replacement immediately.
