Fraud
Today I discovered that this so-called company, after a single purchase, automatically sets up a subscription and charges the buyer's card for further purchases on its own. There's no chance of getting anywhere with them. If this isn't fraud, I don't know what else to call it. It's certainly deliberate deception.

I am disappointed, ordered 3 boxes of stuff, inside ampula with liquid and syringe. 2 of 3 syranges arrived broken so can't be used. Charge so big money but can't pack amd deliver properly their stuff. Won't order again

There was an unauthorized charge on my bank account by this company.
I recently placed items in a shopping cart on this website but never completed the checkout process and never authorized any payment. Despite this, money was deducted from my account without my consent via an automated Shopify/shop connection. They also turned on an automatic direct debit without my knowledge.
Replay: I don’t want your items you Guys are know to be a scam that’s the reason I didn’t purchase anything. I have all the proof. I just want to warn everybody.

We do not under any circumstances take false accusations lightly.
Your order was placed on September 30th, giving you plenty of time to review the charge on your bank statement. Additionally, you used a discount code from us to receive the lowest price possible. A discount code can only be applied at checkout, not in a shopping cart. Your card details were manually entered during the checkout process, which we cannot acquire if you had only left items in your shopping cart without completing checkout. There is no “automated Shopify/Shop connection” that charges you, which makes no sense.
You have now waited until the product is out for delivery to raise your concern, and now that the order is hours away from being delivered, you threaten us with a chargeback. This is an attempt to receive both a refund and a free item. You are a scammer and not the first of your kind.
Additionally, you do not have a subscription with us, so there is no automatic direct debit set up without your knowledge. This claim is entirely false.
We will not let you bring down our company with false allegations.
Please reach out to support@trycure.org and we will send you return instructions in order to have your money refunded.

Two massive red flags on my end
Two massive red flags on my end:
- the website keeps saying they are Trycure products with the trademark logo, the product received is not Trycure but a copy from a factory in China (which is widely sold for a fourth of the price)
- i have been charged a month after my order for another order which i have not subscribed to (if there is a tiny tiny print somewhere it was not obvious) and i have not received any emails (inbox or spam) informing me that i was about to be charged (as seen in a response from Trycure to another customer who experienced a similar recurring charge)
Overall, a poor experience. Will not buy again and waiting for both a refund and confirmation that the order is cancelled.

Let me clear up your concerns because they are utterly false, and we stand behind our company, pridefully providing a service everyone is happy with. We do not take false and inaccurate accusations lightly.
We sell branded products trademarked by our company. If you have received an item that was not what you expected, it was either an old package that was rebranded or a mix-up from the courier. Which we can provide a free replacement for if this occurs and causes any disturbance, which you have not emailed us regarding.
Regarding your second charge: this order you placed was placed with a SUBSCRIPTION that gave you an additional 20% off our product. The SUBSCRIPTION details were shown on the product page (“Subscribe & Save 20%”), in your cart (“Deliver every month”), and at checkout (“Delivered every 4 weeks”). These are not in tiny print and very much in bolded print. If this was something that you somehow did not see, blaming it on us is not ideal. SUBSCRIPTIONS can be canceled anytime through our website or by contacting us.
We send every customer that has subscribed a reminder email 3 days prior to their second charge. Since we didn’t receive a cancellation request before then, the SUBSCRIPTION renewed as scheduled.
We can assure you, if you would like your order cancelled and refunded and have reached out to us through our email, we can willingly and without hassle make this happen.
