Upon checkout I realized I had opted for a subscription and I emailed customer service right away &I'm amazed by the prompt response with this company, especially mentioned (Gracen) she offered to pause the subscription but I insisted on cancelling it at the moment. I have bad lupus scarring on my face Looks like large purple birthmarks both sides Since using the products this is fading and new pink skin coming through. It’ll take time but I’m delighted seeing this improvement. Can’t see a difference (yet) on my forehead or “crows feet” but will continue using the products. Also support have been great. I inadvertently “subscribed”. This was rectified promptly. So far,very happy Had a query tonight. Izzy dealt with it promptly. First class customer support

This is not a scam this product does work
So 2 weeks in and can start to see an improvement in my lines. I am using the serum two times a day. Have not had any issues with this product on my face and neck, I thought this serum was a con but have to say no it is definitely working. Can't wait till 6 months in as to what my skin will look like.

Beware enforced subscription orders
Beware. Regardless of what the product is like this company's marketing methods are extremely suspect. Before I had even had time to try my actual order I found my bank was debited over 70 Euros for a subscription TryCure says I had signed up for and which placed another order without authorisation and which would continue monthly in that sum. The company SAY they have resolved this but I see other reviewers had the same problem. Despicable!!!

The subscription details were shown on the product page (“Subscribe & Save 20%”), in your cart (“Deliver every month”), and at checkout (“Delivered every 4 weeks”). Subscriptions can be canceled anytime through our website or by contacting us.
Additionally, we sent a reminder email 3 days before the second order was charged. Since we didn’t receive a cancellation request before then, the subscription renewed as scheduled.

Great customer service
I am really enjoying using this company. I was checking on delivery dates, and the prompt response I received from Tyrone was greatly appreciated. I then had a follow-up question about a subscription, within about 12 hours Tyrone was back with a solution and I was so pleased. You get used to poor service from online sellers, but this was a breath of fresh air-really impressed, and I will recommend them. The delivery arrived the next day, so I had nothing to worry about.

Please don’t lie. Your products were shipped from CHINA not California and you are have admitted that you get your products from a supplier. Your California “warehouse” is only used for returns. Also what is your explanation about your Riverton WY address being a residential shack???

Please don’t buy from this scam company. They buy products from somewhere in China and then resells them here. The products are knockoffs of Korean well ess products. Their company name is Oklama LLC and when you google the address of Oklama, there is an article that that address is used for scam companies. Their warehouse is in California and their main address listed on their website, which is different from what the address is listed for Oklama, is a shack. Search their Riverton WY address and you will see what comes up. Don’t fall for this scam company that sell fake unverified products.

TryCure is a registered business operated by Oklama LLC. Many US companies are registered in Wyoming and use a registered agent address for official filings. This is a standard, legal practice and is why that address differs from our warehouse. Our products ship from our fulfillment center in California.
Our Riverton, WY address is our registered agent address. Every Wyoming LLC is legally required to have one, and it is used for official filings and legal mail, not as an office or warehouse. Thousands of US businesses list the same type of address. Anyone familiar with how LLCs are registered would know this is standard practice, not a red flag.
Our products are manufactured in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility, and each batch is tested with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) to confirm quality and ingredients which we can provide. We stand behind our products, and every order is covered by our refund policy.
