The whole process so far as been easy & I quickly started to notice a difference I’m my smile. The team are supportive & on hand whenever you have a question or need more info!

I absolutely love my Byte aligners! This is THE best thing I have ever done for myself. From day one my aligners have hugs each tooth guiding it to the correct placement. I am week 4 day 3 and I can already see a huge improvement in closing my gaps and whitening my smile. I get excited every Thursday night when I give myself a facial and then put my new weeks aligners in. It's a really special kind of self love and making me smile better is definitely THE biggest impact and improvement on my outward appearance.

Such a great process so far. Easy to follow, communication was so much better than I was expecting and only have the night time sets have been working a dream!

I’m halfway through my treatment plan and I can see my teeth shifting! The aligners take a little to get used to but aren’t painful at all. Snap price to pay for straight teeth and a corrected smile! The service and attention from the Byte staff has been fabulous. This is revolutionizing the dental industry. The process is so easy. I can’t believe I’ll have straight teeth in a total of four months!

I’m honestly so impressed and so happy with how my teeth are turning out. I’ve still got 4 weeks to go but I’ve seen some massive changes! The byte team have all been so lovely & caring which makes the process so much more relaxed. Byte makes the process really easy. An advisor guides you through every step and is available to answer any questions you have along the way. The resources available online, including short videos, are really helpful, as well. I would recommend Byte.

So many issues, where to begin?
My package arrived damaged and it took them weeks to resolve after they lied about having fixed the issue. They also tried to blame AusPost for the 3 weeks it took to deal with the problem, a lie exposed when their order sheet was dated a week after they claimed to mail the item.
Customer service is so unreliable that you can expect to attempt contact 3 or 4 times over a week before anyone bothers to get back to you.
The product itself is also flimsy with the hyper bite breaking before the first use - the charger actually short-circuited my house.
Jasmin and Victoria made the process of trying to get help so impossible that you just end up giving up.

Take my advice and go elsewhere. There are literally dozens of competing companies that provide great products (that don’t break before you’ve even tried them) and helpful service. I regret the thousands of dollars I’ve wasted with Byte.

Half way through my treatment and I'm obsessed with my transformation already! I have minor crowding issues and have to say Byte has my respect. Everything has gone smooth, and communication has been great!

I’m only 4 weeks into getting my new smile 😃 & so far I’m so impressed with the whole Byte products & support team. My teeth are getting whiter every day with the Bright Byte . My aligners fit so perfect, it amazes me how they get it so right ! Already I can feel & see that my smile is getting wider & my crossed over front teeth are straightening . I’m so excited & can totally recommend Byte to all my family & friends.

So far, so good. The communication and products have been excellent so far. We are only in week 2 of the program but have been supported all the way.

The aligners arrived quickly and I've had no problems at all with fitting or removal. I have been contacted by the team to check in and make sure it's all travelling well, which is appreciated. The regular emails with tips and info are also very helpful. Am looking forward to seeing the final result!
