Sold Out Order
I ordered a perfume and then was told it was unavailable 3 days later. If a product is sold out, simply don’t display it. My order was also supposed to be a gift and the card message was not printed out.

Great, but wish I received some samples. I purchased 2 perfumes and did not receive any.

If i place an order and paid online the item should be reserved for me and it shouldn’t be canceled after I paid due to lack of stock!
And i was informed about it few days after not right away!

It was a very bad experience since I…
It was a very bad experience since I purchased 2 items and it was availabel in the stock and later I received calls telling me that one item is not available and there is no stock and it was purchased by another customer .
Then they send me back the amount of the bag that I purchased twice which lead to cancell the other bag that I bought, and no one call me for the cancellation plus they send the remaining amount of the bag after I complain.

I did not get a confirmation through email with details and tracking info, which kept me wondering if my order went thru. After a day or 2, got a message in whatsapp thru a random number that my order is due for delivery, seems a bit odd.
