I bought hibiscus Mahajad last week, and the guy gave me a fake one, only now that I’m home I open the box and see a complete different perfume from the one i bought before, it even have a Chinese letters on the bottom of the bottle, be aware of the scam and this won’t be like this I want my money back or they should send me a real perfume

I had a problem about returning a gift. Hanen from the sales department was really helpful in answering all my questions. It shows that she is concerned about giving the best costumer service possible. She solved my problem and it was amazing to deal with her.

First of all staff is careless I live in Dubai but because of 1 day staying in yas mall area I decided to do shopping. I have purchased Bobbi brown I have told to sale that I will buy highlighter she put in my bag pressed powder. And they have promotions if you purchase more than 100 dirham you can do free make up in any brand I have told I would like to do Dior brand casher informed me Dior staff will call me and no one contacted me I have left Abu Dhabi so I was not able to visit them for changing wrong item or for free make up session.
Even they were super quiet no customers at all.
I believe in Dubai customer services is very well.

I went for a shopping last night at Yas mall Because its the last day of sale. I visited the shops Massimo Dutti and Hollister and eventually end up shoping of some accessories in Tryano but unfortunately I was very disappointed due to BAD Customer Service from an sales rep named Muwad- I’m not sure about his name but I asked his colleague and that was the name given.

I know working in the customer service industry is never easy but being rude and being racist to your clients is not acceptable either.

I asked Muwad politely if that specific area is included in the sale but to my surprise he rudely gave me a plain NO answer and turning his back on me.i dont want to look back to this kind of personality that i felt judge because maybe im not in the Suit and formal attire i was just wearing slides and t shirt which im very comfortable to wear to shop.I hope you can give him a lesson how to treat people in a nice ways no matter what they look like.

Whenever you go Tryano you can feel service like seven star hotels they’re staff amazing and you can find products in one place .

First and last time ordering from Tryano!
I placed an order for an item which was showing available, and after few days and a few calls I got to know that the item is out of stock and won’t be delivered.
It’s unprofessional and unethical to (knowingly) charge people for a service you can’t offer.
Ps: We living n tech Era which gives you the opportunity to update your warehouse stocks instantly, but you apparently still using pen and paper!!!!

Horrible experience! Bad customer support! Just ordered shoes they delivered the wrong size, turns out the size i ordered is no longer available. I called to return but sadly i cannot refund my money since it’s COD. They told me they will arrange for courier to get the item back and give me a voucher instead. 3 days later, still nobody called to get the shoes back. It’s my first and last time to view this site. So disappointing. I always order online and i have never experienced this from other stores.
