I contacted the company about an order placed days ago and the charge just showed up on credit card used. I asked the order be cancelled due to no in position to afford at this point and the order was pending. They were able to locate and cancel. I thank you for the prompt professional assistance. I will be back to order future shipments. Thank you.

JeAnne is very responsive and helpful. She assured me when I did not receive my product due to error in the mailing address. And she kept me updated of my shipment.

Marinella was the agent that helped me. She provided prompt service regarding the application of a discount & was polite & informative. Customer Service was present and helpful. I do feel that the additional offer for the conditioner & exponential price increase gave me pause. I think Spartan would fair better if they just presented everything all at once. Up selling feels like pressured sales with any product. However, if it works, it might be worth the difference. Will have to wait & see. Overall, I'm going into this with confidence.
