It did not show the social profiles as promised or the arrests if any. It was quite minimal. I did get email addresses and who lived in the home and age of person i was searching. It did not share any intimate details as promised. i will use for a month then I plan on canceling.

Every time I've dealt with you
Every time I've dealt with you, you charge me even after I've requested cancellation, when I routinely cancel the subscription the same day I pay for it. Yet, I am told by your rep the account is still open and the current charge stands. I will therefore be disputing the $29.89 charge on 21 May 2026. Stop trying to cheat customers out of another month when they make it clear they don't want it.

That said, we can confirm that your account has been successfully canceled and the charge of $29.89 has been reversed. Please allow 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution, for the reversal to reflect in your account. No further charges will be incurred.

The person who answered my call was very patient with me and walked me through my problem. I had a difficult time trying to navigate through a screen on my cellphone that was made for a computer screen, which I did not have available.
