I question the value of this service so far
I question the value of purchasing a membership. My first hour of membership provided me with information I am already aware of. Each category found little or no results. Also, the spectrum of years seemed to be limited to ending in 2019. I was looking for current information for this year, 2026.
Unable to get fresh data from TruthFinder.com, I searched my own name. No results could be found. I will try again later in the morning to be fair. If not happy, I will try customer service for assistance. If I am still unhappy, I'll cancel the subscription membership and eat the $28 and change. A deal is a deal. I tried and will try again. But so far, I can't recommend this service.

Site is Misleading
I was just trying to find a relative’s phone number. I Googled it and a site came up for free phone number search through Truth Finder. I opened that site and put in the information. I was charged $28.33 for a full report and the phone number they have listed has been disconnected for the last 5 months! So I just paid $28 for nothing.

Very unhappy with service
Very unhappy with service! Was charged for three months. I was only able to access it in the first day that I created my account. Was billed $4.99 + $28.33 per month! I received no billing or email confirmation after originally purchasing. I was sitting in a doctor office waiting for my appt and scrolling through the web, when I came across this ad and subscribed to it. Later that day, I tried to access the account but had no clue what the app was called. I called many times to answer and no one picked up, the automated asked you for your zip code in order to cancel order and it declines the zip code. Horrible!!! I was never able to print out any reports. I finally spoke to someone today and they stated that they would refund me.
Now I will be checking my next billing statements looking for the credits and no charges. With companies like this, it’s best to just cancel your credit card in order to STOP the ongoing billing! Run…. Do not subscribe!

Regarding the calls to our Customer Care team, per our records we received 2 calls associated with your account, one of which was connected to a live representative who was able to assist you.
Regarding the IVR zip code issue, our automated system requires the zip code to match exactly what was entered at the time the account was created. On occasion, if there is a discrepancy the system may not recognize it. In this case we recommend speaking directly with a live representative via phone or live chat, or logging into your account and canceling through the subscriptions tab.
We can confirm that your account has been successfully canceled and a refund for the past 2 months has been processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution, for the refund to reflect in your account. No further charges will be incurred.

You all charged me for 2 monthly subscriptions, neither of which I requested. Manuel, the customer service rep who cancelled the subscription and refunded me was professional and courteous, but your business practices are predatory.
