TRUST WALLET IS A SCAM A** COMPANY! THE FEE'S IT SHOWS ARE NOT THE ONLY FEE'S YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS! THERE ARE HIDDEN FEES, AND EVEN IF THE TRANSACTION FAILS, YOU DO NOT GET THE MONEY BACK! If you want to keep your money, and want to keep it in a trusted wallet, DO NOT put it in "tRuSt" wallet. The name itself makes me laughter considering its the most untrustworthy wallet out there smh. This whole platform is a joke

days have gone by and I am getting absolutely no response or help from support, what a joke, I would NOT use this wallet at all!!

My tokens disappeared without any transaction records. Supported ignored me, sometimes send bot messages. Also, my tickets were closed without resolving anything. It was reclaimmycoincom that came through with support.

Durant presque un an, j’ai déposé des crypto USDT dans mon compte TrustWallet et quand J'ai commencé à vouloir les sortir vers un autre compte, j’ai bien eu la confirmation du transfert et les frais qu’y si rattache avec l'envoi avec le hash de la transaction fourni par la plateforme de retrait de mon compte TrustWallet et visible dans l'explorateur blockchain, je n'ai jamais reçu les fonds. Ils me dise que mes token sont faux !!! alors qu’ils ont bien réceptionnés mes transferts de cryptos durant un ans. Ils sont complice d’escrocs et ils ne font rien pour s’en justifier. J’ai signalé leurs agissement à AMF. Un conseil fuyez TrustWallet, j’espère que mon avis et les autres éviterons ce site..
For almost a year, I deposited USDT crypto into my TrustWallet account, and when I started trying to withdraw it to another account, I received confirmation of the transfer and the associated fees. The transaction hash provided by the withdrawal platform for my TrustWallet account, visible in the blockchain explorer, was correct. I never received the funds. They tell me my tokens are fake!!! even though they have been receiving my crypto transfers for a year. They are accomplices of scammers and they do nothing to justify it. I reported their actions to the AMF (French Monetary Fund). My advice: run away from TrustWallet. I hope that my review and others will avoid this site.

The customer service is a real joke . You can only deal with a chatbot. If they really care for the customer there would be a real reason to assist customers. As far email request. I got an email from them saying they are overwhelmed and not accepting new tickets . I put in a ticket 2 days prior and still no results.

I went into my trust wallet after using it for months without issues. Then all a sudden the confirm button wont light up no matter what I do and I cant tranfer or sell my crypto. Its stuck in limbo and trust wallet keeps thinking its somehow on my end. I downloaded and restored the wallet on a new phone and it still WONT WORK. Cant get ahold of a real person to talk to about it either. So now im worried i just lost my crypto!

This is not professional,at all and have spent £1000 to get my money out invest. They said 1%have to be paid to unlock the account.
This is a ripoff. Amsterdam people and Germany after I sent it partly payments they had a late fee as well when I said bag off. This is a SCAM WEBSITE. They are just spamming and scamming. Thank you

Biggest scam wallet in the world. They charge 8x more fees than any other wallet. I stopped using them. I will suggest to never use this scam wallet again.

Trust Wallet let someone open an account in my name and email. I can’t even contact them to tell them to get my
FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT OUT OF THEIR SYSTEM AND VERIFY YOUR PEOPLE OPENING ACCOUNTS!!!! I will now file a complaint with the BBB about this.

$860 stolen. I made a swap inside "trust" wallet and it went missing. It wasn't transfered anywhere else It was stolen BY trust wallet!
Some fake "support team" told me to open another wallet and allow their "restore server" to reset the block chain...blah blah blah And put $200 more dollars in it (so they can steal that too)

The app is real and legit but it’s being used by elaborate scammers. A guy called me alleging a security breach on my Binance account. Then transferred me to the « technician » to help me secure my assets before resetting and protecting the account.
That’s when they told me to download this app, supposedly a Binance subsidiary.
As soon as I installed it I got in an email with what was meant to be a secret passphrase. That’s when my suspicions got serious : it started looking fishy, the mail was in the spam folder, they didn’t answer my questions and got angry when I asked them to send me an email proving they work for Binance.
I called their bluff and they immediately hung up.

No support available just FAQ's when I emailed support@...trustwallet.com I received an email back saying email support is not monitored with a link to the FAQ's... quite the circle jerk

I tried to convert from usdt tron to tron
Cuz sending usdt would take 6$. They took the converting fees 5$ from me and transaction failed and they didnt offer help at all and i lost 80$ a few months back due to a fake coin they had.
They do not even deserve 1 star rating.

Have tried to withdraw profits from Bnx coin trust wallet recommended moon pay I’ve sent my BnB which I swapped my Bnx to so I could withdraw through moon pay I make the payment to their wallet I get no email confirmation they can’t find the transaction hash there is no record of the transaction on it leaving my trust wallet I can’t find a transaction hash or even a record of the transaction I can’t get hold of trust wallet atall the chat bot dosent work the support email is no longer active there is no way to contact anyone and I’m going to loose money because of the lack of support on these platforms absolute joke
