The quality of the T-shirt was terrible. I asked if I could return it for a better quality or a refund. The request was made the same day as I received it. It was refused so I pointed out I had the distance buying policy which gives me two weeks. Nope not going to happen, I then contacted the payment company who also declined a refund, so much for payment protection.

In reply to the comment from the seller, you had every chance to get it right when I complained, I stand by my review.

This company should be closed down. It does not have any links with British veterans and definitely doesn't donate to them. As reported on BBC one show 17/09/2025. Should be totally ashamed using Royal British Legion to promote your company. Google the owner/Director he's from Macedonia so how he can trade of British Servicemen and Women is lower than low. Recommend everyone boycott them.

This company is a false company, it has recently been exposed by Watchdog and the trading standards commission. They have no affiliation with veterans, the examples they use regarding the RBL are stolen from their website. Tru patriot has no affiliation with neither the RBL or Chelsea pensioners, Tru patriot has never donated to any veterans association. THIS IS A SCAM SITE.

Got robbed by these thieving idiots. Purchased what I thought were going to be great quality patriotic tops for my dad and spent £50 and several weeks for them to finally arrive. Never felt so embarrassed and angry in all my life. They were like bloody dishcloths, only useful thing to do with these is to wipe your arse on them and use them as toilet roll! These have just been bought up on tonight’s one show as well! Shambolic company you should be ashamed ripping people off.
