I want to know who to contact. I orders a freedom shirt v-neck red for Charlie Kirk in med and it is clearly to big. I need a small and I can return this. I do love the bracelets white with freedom, red white and blue, and white with crosses.i wanted all this for Charlie’s birthday 10/14 and just received 10/29.

I ordered a wrong size. Asked if i could return it for exchange and they immediately sent me the correct size no charge. Can't ask for more than that. The veterans advertising is out of order though. Do the people complaining about delivery times not know this stuff ships from China....slowly lol
No incentive, genuine review per experience.

Great idea to support the patriots and the designs are brilliant but unfortunately the materials used are cheap and I doubt they will last long
With the prices charged I would have expected better quality - more cotton, etc

The t-shirt is not as advertised, its poor quality and UJ part is faded. Disappointing

Far too long to arrive, no indication that items were shipping from China. On top of it all company exposed as not in fact donating proceeds to veterans charities.

I ordered a larger size than normal but the t shirt was very tight fitting and because it was a larger size the arm holes were badly fitting. Did not look good on at all. I have never used it.

If I could give no star, I would. These people are crooks and they prey on vulnerable people. We ordered special shirts for Charlie Kirks birthday. I paid extra for Rush shipping. We received nothing! I have reported them to our cc company and charges are being disputed! Don't make the same mistake we did. We thought we were ordering from a different company until I saw the charge on my bill. How the hell does this kind of thing happen. Bait and switch.

Awful company!! Never received my order. Emailed to ask about my order, never received a reply. I urge anyone thinking of ordering from this company to reconsider it. Terrible!!!

I received a reply from Trupatriotic asking me to contact them regarding my order. #ATR17990 of 08/08/25.
Upon replying to their customer service email address as requested. This email address is not recognised. Yet another pointer that this company is a money making front and should be struck off of Companies House Register!
I have no chance of being refunded for my purchase.

If I knew the items came from China I would not have bought. The quality of the clothing was so poor - basically transfers added to tops. Still waiting refund

Great tshirt but took a long time to arrive!

BIG TIME scammers! I ordered a T-shirt which eventually turned up, the quality was not to bad! So I’ve ordered another T-shirt and a cap! First I had a email saying your product is on the way, with a tracking number, then nothing. I emailed them they did eventually reply to say it will take another 3/5 days! It’s over that now , so I’ve asked for my money back. WOULD YOU BELIEVE IT NO REPLY!! Web site is now closed! Should never b allowed to advertise in the uk! DONT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!!!!

Finally my cap and T-shirt turned up. Dreadful quality,nothing like the pictures on there web site. I’ve asked (by email) how I can return them for a refund! They just won’t respond. There’s a lot of these patriotic websites showing up on line, pretty sure it’s the same company!
Overall TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I was a bit worried about the negativity and thought id been scammed sent an email after two weeks and they got straight back to me and my items arrived 4 days later so that was fine my top was ok but the shorts were very baggy more than i thought they’d be but the waist was right probably wouldn’t buy again but no worries about the the firm
