The communication since survey to installation was shockingly poor I had to chase all the time for updates and answers to questions however the installation process itself was amazing I had 3 guys one named Brian talked thorough the whole process and answered any questions the job was completed in good time and the quality of the lawn was amazing so I would recommend but just bear in mind you will

Had the artificial grass fitted on Friday , looks absolutely amazing, the two lads were professional and polite, never rushed and made sure everything was perfect, cleaned everything up afterwards and answered all questions I asked, would definitely recommend this company and definitely a 5 star company.

This company have been GREAT. All the team, right from the start, have been very efficient and helpful.The final outcome is looking fantastic.

The guys Danny Sam and Ash, worked so hard but kept a cheery disposition me all day.

We are absolutely delighted with our Trulawn makeover! The garden is now so much more useable and looks so much better. Zee, Mason and Brad were extremely friendly, polite, hardworking and went above and beyond to be helpful. We just wish we’d done it sooner!

Very poor quality job and even worse customer service.
Once the job is done money paid ( regardless how bad ,they will take no responsibility at all).
If they talk you into buying the "shock pads" avoid it at all cost.

Because:
-It does not drain the rain water for very long time

-its very wobbly, its not even at all as they don't level the ground with a whacker beforehand, and shock pads have uneven surface.

-but the worse is, It holds excessive amount of heat on a sunny day, pads under the grass act as thick insulation retaining the heat on the surface , to a level children will scream and run if the fall down or walk bare foot. it might be for playgrounds but definitely not for home garden.

When i contacted them with this issues they just said somebody will call , it took 3 weeks for somebody to call back and only to tell me its not true what i am saying followed by an e-mail suggesting when it gets hot just use the hose and water it down and that they will not do anything else for it.
I have seen other friends getting it done with different companies , they don't have any of the issues which i have , please be smart do your research properly.
I will chase this up with trading standards however in the mean time i hope you will not be fooled by this dishonest company.

The workers are highly skilled and explain the details of their work to help us understand the process. After completing the job, they thoroughly clean the area, demonstrating their responsibility. We are very satisfied with the quality of their work and their positive attitude.

Had a putting green installed. Gave me excellent advice and guidance before and during installation. Came when they said they would, provided exactly what I asked for, very prompt getting the quote to me and price didn't vary. Thank you to Andrew and Harry

Trulawn were fabulous through the whole process from the quotation stage through to the laying of the artificial lawn. Danny and his colleague were very tidy, efficient and polite. I would definitely recommend Trulawn services without a doubt. My garden is now a pleasure to sit in and enjoy with a bit of colour and no longer a slabbed eyesore.

From the very start of this project Paul was fantastic.
He came to measure up , gave me some advice as i had a lot of ground clearing to do and got a quote to us in good time . He came across really well and the price seemed very good for his top quality grass .
From day one the lads worked really hard bringing tonnes of stuff from the front to the back . Each day was a great transformation and even all the materials and the foundation work that was going to be covered with the grass looked top quality . The end result was absolutely stunning and really gave us and every one who has seen it ,the wow factor.. Paul was passionate about his craft . The team were great. Everything from organising a quote, seeing the samples and then installation.
