Back in February when I created an account to make an order, there were issues with adding a shipping address to Cyprus.
Now on April, tried again to make an order. This time shipping cost calculation was really messed up (20 energy gels and one 1.6kg of electrolyte having a shipping cost of 230 euro)
After spending time to carefully showcase the errors in an email, I got a reply it was fixed. The fix was just a patch up just for the gels shipping calculation. I further demonstrated there were still issues and the shipping cost was still miscalculated. This time I was actually doing the work they should have done before getting any customer's money - or at least after one of them indicated to them a serious issue. New email on a more aggressive tone with multiple screenshots showcasing different scenarios where cost was miscalculated. Result on their side: case closed. I will get the products elsewhere.

On 14/04/2025:
I logged in again (giving you the chance to actually have checked again and fixed the issue after this review)
If I add in the cart:
10 x PowerGel Hydro Caffeinated (67g)
that's 670g, the total shipping cost is 7 euro
If I, instead of 10, add:
30 x PowerGel Hydro Caffeinated (67g)
that's 2010g, the total shipping cost is 55 euro!
As I mentioned in my second email, this seems too high compared to the 7 euro for 10: 3 times the quantity, 8 times higher the cost?? But also mentioned that you still have an issue because I could take advantage of it and make 3 orders of 10. Either way your system has an issue.
Same for the other product
1x GO Electrolyte 1600 g -> shipping cost 10euro!!! (1st: compare that to the 10 gels 670 g -> 7 euro)
and if instead of 1 I add 2:
2x GO Electrolyte 1600 g -> shipping cost 70euro!!!
If an email full with analytical screenshots of examples and another explanation on trustpilot isn't enough then I either doing something EXTREMELY wrong or you do not even deserve one star

Second update after another email from trufit.eu support:
After 2 emails and one bad review, I am informed of the shipping costs calculations for Cyprus and Malta that explains the costs I was seeing. Still that information was not available during getting the items, plus, there's no option to break the order in multiples or at least inform the customer to do so manually in order to reduce shipping costs.
I will increase the review to 2 stars. There's still way to go and even though I hate to see less options available to me (trufit deciding it doesn't worth the trouble offering their services to such regions), I still hate loosing time doing experiments and beta-testing that should have been part of the development.process.

Ordered Gold standard whey protein which arrived really fast to Riga. Top notch!
I got told that exhaust was hanging off by my mechanic and was recommended to tmgo here to TruFit and they were wonderful. I headed straight down and they were able to fit my new exhaust then and there, took less than 2 hours ans it was very reasonably priced aswell. The lady on the phone was also very helpful. I would happily recommend this place.
Based on these reviews I think I would rather not make any purchases from this company thank you…

Terrible service and terrible support,
It says 1-2 day delivery. It's been over a week and still waiting. Support service can not answer or solve anything normally.

Just received my 8th order from trufit, order came in less than two days, which is quite fast if you ask me. The packaging safety is also on point making the product safe and secure in the package, and from my experience I haven't had a single broken or opened product. The product catalog is unique and extensive too, having a chance to choose from multiple vitamins and supplements. I would definitely recommend Trufit from my experience.
Very disappointing with delivery turnaround. Goods ordered 14 days ago have still not been received!
