Beautiful products at very reasonable prices. excellent customer service highly recommended.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but I am very displeased with this company ,

I have been buying their products loyally for several years now and the customer service was good , however on 3rd April I ordered an oil cleanser but on the 19 th April they contacted me to say they could not full-fill my order until the end of the month , as I had already waited since the beginning of April and the cleanser was needed sooner I requested a refund .

This refund failed to go through at the end of April , so I contacted them again and had yet another failed refund attempt . I was told by the bank on both occasions to contact True , both refunds were cancelled and never landed successfully on my account .

I sent a very lengthy email on the 6 th June with proof of the failed transactions , which nobody has replied to and again on the 11th and 16 th I have had no reply on any of the last 3 occasions and as it stands, it's now June the 19th I am still owed money for a product I never received due to apparent stock issues .

This is disgraceful I paid True beginning of April and nearly 3 months on I am out of pocket . I simply don't have the time to keep emailing to try and get my money back but I have had too !.

I was told True couldn't supply me with the cleanser as they had stock issues, ... apparently new and "exciting changes " were having an impact on their supply chain .

Perhaps they should focus on supporting their current customers too, who, after all have helped them get to a stage where they can make ..." exciting changes " to their supply chain .!!!!

I am really angry .I feel ignored and under valued .

Really disappointed as I love the products but when my last order was delivered on the 26th February two of the three oils had leaked. I immediately contacted the company and sent a photo of the delivery but they didn't respond. I contacted them again on the 6th March and still no response.

I've always had T zone oily skin. Now at age of 57, menopause has made my face and ears so dry that my makeup would cake and dry up. Now I use Trueskincare products and results are absolutely brilliant!
I use evening and morning. Oil skin cleanser, Vit. C serum, hyaluronic acid, then moisturiser.
All totally worth it. My skin feels fresh and hydrated, (not greasy).
More importantly, my foundation settles beautifully on my skin.
So glad I tried out Trueskincare.
Delivery is very fast, well packaged and well informed of delivery. Very happy.😊

Unfortunately I did not have a great customer service experience as I contacted them regarding a moisturiser that I had a very bad reaction to and asked if I could return it and was told I couldn’t as it didn’t meet their terms and conditions as I could see what the ingredients were? Definitely not what I had expected and incredibly disappointing. I shall certainly not be purchasing from them again or recommending the company.
