No response from support, tried calling on the different numbers the listed, One lady answered the Facebook telephone number but she said that she doesn't work for Doup anymore since two years ago, the mobile app is also not working anymore!!!

Good product while everything works, but no support. I had a problem when my physical card disappeared from my system and I couldn't edit it anymore, then I realized there was no support. I tried calling them on different numbers, sent an email (two or three!), wrote a message on Facebook, on LinkedIn, and even opened a ticket from their system - nothing, no response. The only response was when I wrote a short message on LinkedIn, but when I explained the problem - no one wrote back to me. Amazing. It seems very likely that they were interested in selling, but not helping :) I see no reason to continue cooperation and I will not recommend them to anyone in the future.
