It was a pleasure working with Jheel Shah. She got us a great rate and did everything she could to make the transaction go as smoothly as possible with our mortgage refinance.

Poor customer service, no follow through, requires an absurd amount of documentation above and beyond the standard bank for a simple approximation of current rates/pre-approval idea.

I have to renew my mortgage and when I first spoke To thé fellow in Calgary, he seemed keen. Today I asked that he call as I was having trouble with thé application. Hé asked if I had called last week and complained and I told him no. Hé then told me he probably couldn't help me and I was summarily dismissed. Hé had no interest whatsoever. I think he thought I was thé person that complained but I was not . Hé should keep track of who he speaks to before dismissing him.
Things have gone from bad to worse. True North contacted me regarding my review and gavé me a website to reply to them. Thé website turned out to be more of an application for a mortgage with no discernable place to reply to them!!!! It has turned into à joke!!! Now I am truly glad I am not having to deal with them!!! They cannot even address à simple complaint!!! I have gone elsewhere for my mortgage as thé transparency of True North is nonexistant!!!

My wife and I worked with Jheel on the purchase of our new farm. Jheel is outstanding. The more I worked with her the more I appreciated her. When hurdles came along she stayed at them and created solutions. She has a great mind but most important IMO she is extremely genuine. I would definitely work with her again.
