I have bought from this site before and was very happy. But this time I am disappointed! I ordered a harness for my dog and realized when I got it that it was too big. I just needed to exchange it. I have emailed Truearness 2 times with no answer!! Customer service is terrible!!

There was a slight mix-up with the initial order, True Harness jumped right on it and went overboard to correct things, they did and, all is absolutely perfect' now.

Ordered extra large got extra small. Repeatedly asked for assistance. Received the same extra small tags 3 times. Ugh. Still waiting on the correct size..

The harness clasp comes undone spontaneously when my dog is walking behind me and needs some encouragement to walk faster.

This purchase was very disappointing after reading the other positive reviews. We've only had this for a few months, and already it's tearing and the harness never stays secure because it loosens on its own. Now I'm going to have to go purchase another harness and spend more money I don't have.

This company will not send out your order and give you the run around. Do not order from them. Its been 3 months since I ordered and have yet to receive my harness. Its ridiculous and I shpuld have read other reviews because this seems to be common.

This is our second order for our dogs after 7 years. These are great, long lasting harnesses we would recommend to anyone. When we received them, they were the incorrect size but they went above and beyond to get us the correct sizes and they look great on our dogs. We chose the patriotic pattern and I love them!

This pair of harnesses is our second set, so we liked the first set enough to come back. Our two large dogs (Rottie, Bindi, and Ridgeback, Bobby, love going on their walks, so it’s very important that their harnesses go on easily, are comfortable when walking and provide positive control of the dogs when they get too excited about another dog or whatever it might be. 180 lbs of excited dog with eight legs requires an effective controlling harness that also doesn’t harm the dogs. And they look good too. I like that their names and our phone numbers are boldly displayed also. We will be moving soon, but, God forbid, if they were to get loose in an unfamiliar neighborhood at least their names and how to contact us are evident. Just fyi, the old harnesses were still completely functional but had gotten quite “doggy” over time and their name tags were no longer legible. The print of the new ones (and extra tags) seems to be more durable. We will let you know 😅👍🏼

This is one horrible company. Placed and paid for an order. Never received the product all they did was give me the run around. They even told me to take a picture of the product that I never received. Idiots Never have received the order I paid for. Plus the tracking number they gave me is NOT trackable. They told me it was a technical error. I'm still waiting on a refund which I probably want see that either, even though they have a 100% guarantee. This company is run by idiots. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Very cheaply made. Feels like it’s made of cardboard covered with fabric, very flimsy. Difficult return process with poor customer service. Do not recommend.

Clever they turned off the ability to leave a Google Review. I have not even received the product yet as it has taken weeks. I emailed them to cancel and they promptly sent me a tracker notification only to see it is a scam as well. They are making it look like it has shipped when the tracking number has not even been activated yet. Wish I had seen these reviews before placed my order. AVOID!

This harness looks nothing like the pictures. I ordered one and it looks like it’s made of cardboard. It won’t even bend to get around the dog. No trademark markings and I’m pretty sure it comes from china. Also using fake advertising saying it is shipped in 4-5 days. I waited 24 days! Do Not purchase this product. It’s junk and certainly not worth $40.

I sure wish I had read reviews before I ordered this poorly made non functional harness. I’d give the review 0 stars if I could. The chest strap has Velcro that closes on itself no hardware. My 16# puppy immediately pulled out off and got loose. The site says 2/4 business days shipping & it took almost of month. This is a scam product.

I cannot get the clicker to open and close at all. What can i do to fix it. I cannot use the harness without the clasp working. All the other harnesses I have had worked very. No manner how hard I squeeze the sides together I cannot them to work.

Horrible company. Waited 2 months for the harness and they left out the car seat belt I ordered. When I finally reached them after several weeks they made me take a picture of the harness to prove I ordered it. REALLY!! Then after a few weeks they said they finally sent it but that took a month. NO apparent customer service!!

Scam do not purchase anything

I ordered over 3 weeks now still waiting and getting no where with them !!!
But a run around answers there working on it.
How about they get a phone number huh ?

Terrible, unethical company. The product is cheaply made. The clasp broke. I wrote the company and they said they would replace it, but I have to pay 50 percent of the price. Mind you it broke 30 days later. They have a banner that says 60 money back guarantee no questions asked, on their website. Well, I requested that and here is what their email said....

The 60 day full refund policy applies to UNUSED ITEMS RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION or for defective items that has not been used. Their solution was they would be willing to replace the item if I agree to pay 50 percent of the cost . I couldn't find anywhere on theor website nor the terms and conditions about this policy. This place is a total scam. I read all the bad reviews and I believe all of them. Just wish I did some research before I purchased this junk. Don't support this company. I bought a very similar one off of Amazon and the quality is really good and so far I'm happy with it. Just search and it will be the one the is promoted. Buyer beware with True Harnass

Stay away from these crooks.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD!!! Read the legitimate reviews and look on Facebook. I paid extra to be updated on shipping and they sent me a shipping confirmation number that the Postal Service said was not valid. I am now requesting a refund from my credit card company, and since they gave me a phony USPS shipping confirmation number, I filed a complaint with the Postal Service.

This is our 2nd Trueharness. Got our first before a trip to Alaska. Wanted something where she could be identified easily if we somehow got separated. Trueharness has served us well. The harness controls her well.
