Still waiting for advice on when product will be shipped. I think this compan y is a scam

I have a 2 year old pomeranian. I got her when she was 6 weeks old. The shrill barking never stopped. She even barked in her sleep. The sound killed my ears. I bought your product hoping it would work. Having my doubts I pressed the lightest sound and went through a 12 hour day having to only press it 3 times all those hours. This was a miracle in my life. Thank you bark buddy for saving my relation with the dog I love. She is a different dog with 3 clicks. You guys are amazing! Thank you so much!!!

My dog just plays with the sound/light. It doesn't work. I think as do others that this company is a scam. I paid $64.89 for a device that doesn't work.

This company automatically upsells items that are non refundable and useless

I've seen some sites where the most common ratings are 5 or 1.

Now I have personal experience with why.

I bought my Barkz buddy in 2020 for a Pomeranian with a real barking problem. Hated my roommate. Barked nonstop whenever he thought he might be coming home or when he heard a doorknob click upstairs.

It was a real disappointment, did not work at all.

Now I have a pair of two-year-old rescued Pomeranians who get easily triggered into barking like crazy with high-pitched ear-splitting barks.

And this device is a miracle. I press the button, and they instantly stop.

I'm so happy and relieved.

This company is a total rip off scam company.

My dog wouldn't listen at all. I even tried a shock collar! But the barxbuddy has been a God sent!! My dog listens now! OMG! It's amazing. I've only had to use it here and there now. But usually she sees it in my hand and she's good! I have a very hard headed German shepherd -pit. Now I have an amazing dog and I love it!!

Purchased two and realized didn’t need them. Customer service is terrible. They tried to get me to keep them. Paid $86 for the two, returned them and only got $56 back. What a ripoff. I will make sure everyone knows of my experience. You treat customers like crap expect a bad review.

The product did not work on my dogs. They are within the age range stated by the manufacturer. The home version of their product was so sensitive sound it responded to the slightest of sounds causing extreme distress wth my dogs. When I asked to return they tried to buy me off with a $15 "credit" against a $90 order. I have requested an RGA three times with no response. I would not buy a bottle of water from this company if my pants were on fire.

The product did not work for my needs. I attempted to find out his to return the device and instead the company offered a $15 credit to as they put it. “Avoid the hassle of executing a return”. I declined since I had paid $70+ for the product including shipping and handling. Only after filing a complaint with PayPal did the offered a refund and only after I removed my complaint. I finally received a partial refund and will never do business with them again. By the way, the product may work for a single dog home for a while…it’s very poor quality material.

Dont waste your time and money. Device is not effective and customer service only responds to email once weekly. I never received my entire order, have asked for refund, have asked for a manager to no avail. I plan to contact the attorney general for fraud.

The barxbuddy only worked for a few days and then my dog became immune to it. I have asked to return and receive a full refund. I'll submit another review after my experience with return/refund.

I have the barx buddy nail grinder which is fair product. This product would work better on smaller dogs and not Labrador nails.
The problem is trying to get an answer where to purchase a replacement grinder part which the company does not carry.
I would not purchase from them again.

Item was never received. Wrote numerous emails, called and left message, letter through U. S. mail. Absolutely no response! Total scam. DO NOT ORDER!!

I bought 3 devices with a warranty for $169. They had "trouble understanding me". After I got the cheap products, small and cheap and then said each device had a $12 delivery charge, even though they were in one package which was very light in weight. I will have to pay the return fee. They told me I would get the entire $169 back on the phone. We shall see. I doubt it.

BarxBuddy did not work for my furbaby and I made 3 attempts to contact the company to return/refund. My messages were completely ignored despite the fact that I contacted them 7 days before the return window closes.

I now have to go through the hassle of getting PayPal involved to facilitate my return. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I bought this product instead of one on Amazon because of the reviews. It now appears that the reviews must be phony. My dog actually became more aggressive with this product, and I want to return it. The company did not respond to my several emails so I contacted them via phone. They charged me $13 to ship the product initially this is double what it should have cost. I respectfully asked them to send me a shipping label to return the product because I had surgery and I am unable to drive until after the warranty period is over. They refused and they also refused to allow me to speak to anybody else at the company ie management. They did offer me $10 to not return it, but they would not offer me a label to return it. So it appears that this product and their company is just a scam. I guess I’ll have to continue buying everything on Amazon where I know I can get a refund if something does not work.

I've only had the BarxBuddy for 2 days, and already I've seen a huge difference in my husky/poodle mix, Midnight. She used to pull badly on her leash, not listen, chase after squirrels and pretty much anything that moved, and bark at people and other dogs. But now, she is calmer, doesn't pull, listens to me when I press the button, walks right by other dogs unless they come at us, and this morning she actually left a squirrel alone. I didn't know I could use it on unrestrained dogs, but I'll remember that, because we've had several unrestrained dogs charge at us, and I was terrified my dog and I would get hurt. Midnight growls and protects me, but I will use my BarxBuddy against them also to protect both of us.
