Sometimes mistakes happen and it did with my order but it’s the way they handled it and gave such fantastic support and great communication to rectify it that made my experience with them a good one. I would highly recommend them on their customer services alone. What a great company to deal with and a great product to go with it.

Buyer Beware
Customer service was great. They emailed with a couple questions. Shipping was prompt. Rookie mistake- I didn't realize ordering medals from a trophy company, that I could order medals that weren't made out of metal. I'm truly disappointed in the cost of the product when I received plastic medals.

Ordered a 2" center badge with our pool…
Ordered a 2" center badge with our pool league logo to upgrade our open trophy, was a bit disappointed a minimum order of 15, but understood the work that possibly goes into these.
Omg when they arrived the quality of these are 2nd to none. So good quality that our players bought 1 to stick to there pool cue cases. Ive just ordered more .
