Bait and Switch on Hotel Price
The offered hotel price of $281/day was not available when I tried to book it. I had to purchase a more expensive room at $302. You did a "bait and switch" on me. Plus your pricing did NOT include all taxes and fees !!!

Trivago booked the wrong hotel
Trivago booked the wrong hotel. I wanted to book “Country In & Suites on 590 Donelson Pike
Nashville
But instead it booked
Quality Suites
2615 Elm Hill Pike
Nashville
I needed the closer location. There is no customer service, NO BOOKING CONFIRMATION & no way to rectify this by changing hotels on Trivago!!!!!

I called the hotel to verify that my booking went through. When I did this, the room I booked was not actually available, therefore they gave me a different room. I paid for a room on the ground floor with atrium view and they had put me on the second floor with a balcony. I had to pay to upgrade back to a first floor room. Not impressed.
