Awful experience. Still not received refund from the company and they are no longer responding to my messages. We're now waiting 3 months for a refund.

We were booked in December 2025 for the Off Road Trip that was cancelled due to the weather. Fair enough, refund due? You'd think so. This was paid in full so currently €400. Correspondence was patchy beforehand and no responses since end Dec 2025 when they confirmed refund was due to an issue on their end and they had our details to process the refund.
Do not pay in full in advance for your trip with this company. I cannot recommend them anymore to anyone visiting Tenerife.

We booked parasailing through this company and were completely misled from the start. The website only states that the flight itself lasts around 10 minutes, but it does not mention anywhere that you’ll be on a shared boat with up to 10 people and that the full trip can take up to an hour. Had that been made clear, we would not have booked.

When we arrived at the docks, the staff told us to go back to the shop for a refund, which we did. There, we dealt with Shana, who said she had spoken to her “boss” — yet this “boss” refused to speak with us directly. Instead, Shana began clutching at straws, saying that “everyone on the island does it this way.” We’ve never been here before, so how would we possibly know that if it’s not stated anywhere on their website?

She then contradicted herself by saying “the website doesn’t say it’s private.” But that’s irrelevant — the website also doesn’t say it’s a shared trip lasting up to an hour with 10 people on board, so that argument is completely invalid.

For the price of €60 per person, it’s reasonable to assume you’re getting a more exclusive experience. When we pressed further about a refund, Shana claimed that it was the parasailing company who had the money and not them — yet when I asked twice for the company’s name, she refused to provide it and completely ignored my requests.

I later went back down to the dock to ask what companies they actually use. The girl at the stall handed me two flyers, and when I asked if those were the only companies, she suddenly acted unsure, saying she “didn’t know” and to check their website — which still doesn’t clarify any of this.

The entire situation felt dishonest and evasive. There was no transparency, no accountability, and zero customer care once they had our payment.

If you’re considering booking with them, don’t. Book directly with a reputable parasailing company instead. Buyer beware.

It is hard to make a review for a company that never returns your call. I wanted to book a trip. They promised to call me back. I never heard a word !

The guide was very informative and relaxed. Hiking was easy and through a beautiful area. On the way in the bus the guide told us that the hike could be hard which did not fit to the description of a "light hike" so we were beginning to think we booked the wrong tour 🤣.
The only downside to the tour is how long the drive through all the pickup sites is.
Really recommend this tour.

It was the best trip!! I had such an amazing, beatiful and relaxd time on the boat. I saw a lot of fishies while i was swimming at a beautiful bay, the weather was perfect and the best of all was seeing pointer whales in thier natural habitat! A special thanks to Candy who made the trip posible and helpt with everything she could! And an other special thanks to Jesus who drove the boat! 🥰

Candy’s service was helpful and informative from the beginning, any issues I had she managed to sort out and also had plenty recommendations of things to do and places to see and was very would thoroughly recommend her to anyone visiting Tenerife and I’ll certainly be back in touch next time I visit!

Special mention to Orlando the guide and Candy in the office who kept us informed at all times.

I tried paragliding for the first time and it was a great experience. My pilot was Lucas and he made it really fun, we done some acrobatics ( that I agreed too), he let me screem and laugh.. And laughed with me 🤣 I want to do it again, I hoep to have time before we go back to Scotland 😁

The tour was well organised, only the english language explanations were a bit shorter than the german, this was a little bit dissapointing. But the tour, the viewpoints were really fantastic.

Our guide "Alex" was very knowledgeable on many issues and fluent in German/English/Spanish which was much appreciated. All stops were interesting especially their history
