Called their customer service twice

Called their customer service twice. Spend 18 minutes and 20 minutes waiting on the line for call center agent but never came.
My grandmother died and my mother needed to change flight ASAP, even paid an insurance to include in the ticket prior to this unfortunate event but yes, this proves unworthiness and value of this online company.
May God bless your company with people who put their heart and value in providing humanitarian service to your clients.

No customer service!!

Ive booked a ticket to amesterdam. When i was filling the ticket info i wrote my last name with double "s" instead of one "s"(my last name on the passport is with one "s".so since i realized my mistake i ve been trying to reach tripsta(by emails and phone calls) to help me solve my problem but they wont reply !
What should i do!! Help me solve this problem. My booking numb is F79896519 and F79891194.

Very bad, stay away!!!

Booked a flight that did not exist and the company didn't want to know, they said they were looking into it but did nothing lost a lot of money. They do not belong to a regulator. Stay away from them or you will regret it! My mother had to travel all day to get to the airport and then pay for two hotels before she could get another flight, she is nearly 70.

Nightmare

I booked flights with Tripsta in Feb 2016. When I arrived at the airport I found out that the connection flight they have sold me doesn't exist. I distinctly remember the Tripsta website didn't allow me to have the return flights included in the booking so I was forced to have the outgoing and the return flights under 2 different bookings. When I called the customer service desk to ask for more information, I was told that because I had 2 different bookings I can't ask for refund for the return flights. I was also asked to cancel them (presumably so they can sell my seat on the return flights to another customer and make more money out of their mistake). I got partial refund for only the first flight and lost all my money, not to mention the ruined vacation.

Absolute scum! NEVER EVER EVER USE THEM!

I booked a flight through them.. the biggest mistake!!!! The airline cancelled the flight and nobody informed me about it! I turned up at the airport at 5am to find out there is no flight! They didn't answer the phone. I tried to call all the numbers listed on their websites numerous times - NO RESPONSE! I had to contact the airline and reschedule our flight for the same day at night. That was the worst journey ever!
On the top of that they didn't pay us any compensation. Half of the time they failed to answer my questions and their customer services is absolutely horrible! I wouldn't use this company again even if they paid me for that! DO NOT USE them!

Terrible customer service

Failed to send me a flight schedule change. I had to cancel my flight but no one answered e-mails/phone for 4weeks. It took more than 1 month to cancel and get refund.

Awful customer service

I got in contact via email (claims email) with a person from the Customer service to cancel flight and require reclaim due to a death in the family. I have sent them all requested documents (officially translated to English by a court interpreter, cost me 100 €) and asked for a confirmation of receipt of the documents. Since then no reply at all! In a meanwhile I sent three additional emails to the above email address and two messages via website contact form. No reply! I called their Greek office since my first contact had a Greek name - the machine keeps cutting me off. Then tried to contact UK office - the same. I managed to get the Slovenian office, listened for music for 20 min and then quit.
Awful, terrible and miserable customer service!!!

Discrepancy in receipt and actual charge on the credit card

They issued receipt in Japanese yen. When I checked the credit card statement online, they were charging more. Even if the booking is done in Euro currency, the receipt has to reflect what the customer is REALLY charged in customer's currency. Because that is what he/she has paid and the reimbursement will be made based on what that receipt says.

I do not think I can use this site to book anything in the future because I will not know exactly how much I will have to pay at the end.

Non Intimation Of Flight Cancellation

Hello,
My booking reference is F50169597. I came to know from atlasglobal that my flight from Istanbul to Beirut has been cancelled and they have intimated tripsta (booking travel agency) about the same and also about the options available for alternative flights and refund details.
However, I did not receive any correspondence from tripsta on this issue. I have been trying to call tripsta and even tried to email them through the "CONTACT LINK" on their official website but even that is not getting delivered.
Poor response.

Terrible service, horrible company

The have NO customer service, I've been on hold for 2x 20 minutes on separate days, after the Brussels airport terrorist attacks, and couldn't get a hold on them to rebook my flight home. They're absolute badgerpoo, and the music playing while you're in queue is terribly annoying as well.

Unable to to cancell my flight

Hi,

My booking code is: F48700890.
My name is Annabelle Toren.
About an hour ago I booked a flight from Israel to Frankfurt through Turky. The airline is Turkish Airlines.

During the booking process I accidently booked to the 21/1/2016 (in 2 days!) instaed od 21/4/2016. It was a human mistake and I'm sure it happens a lot. I tried to change the flight detalis and there was no way!
So I sent a request to your customer service to cancel the flight as it take place in 2 days time! I'm still waiting for reponse.
I left my cell phone number and my E-mail address.

It absoutely not fair! I made human mistake and accidently chose the wring dates. I am waiting for reply.

Please contact me and cancel my flight.

check baggage allowance before ticket purchase

First hand experience with this operator. Before confirming the flight booking called the UK branch on +40 214 094 279 from abroad. The callcentre was closed. Although says on the website that they are open 24/7. I needed to ask about baggage allowance as the booking process does not say anything about this. I have read previous reviews of customers having to purchase baggage allowance seperately through the airline.

Gave-up booking the flight on that day and E-mailed them to enquire. Recceived a reply two days after, to say that usually the baggage allowance is 30Kg for this airline and route, but that it is always best to call them before making the booking online to check what the allowance is exactly. This is not mentioned in any of their Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) or when going through the booking process.

Please ask Tripsta what the allowance is before purchasing ticket. A customer service agent I spoke with subsequently also said this exact same thing.

Tripsta - Excellent Customer Service

I have used tripsta many times in the past and have always had great service. For some reason this time my booking came out incorrect after being redirected to tripsta from another website. I called tripsta customer service immediately to inform them make changes. Very swiftly I got through to a lady called Christina who told me that they were able to cancel my booking with no extra charges.Within a few minutes they sent an email to verify that payment had not been taken from account and my incorrect tickets were cancelled. I was able to rebook with tripsta within the hour.
Excellent service!!! I will definately use tripsta again
