Never encountered any problems

over booking scam

I ordered my flight half a year before the time and less than a month before the time i received a message from tripsta informing me that they cancelled my flight without any compensation of even a refund, i cant get any compensation from the airlines because it wasn't their doing and not only did I get no explanation, refund or compensation, the cheapest flight i can order now is 150$ more expensive.
they haven't answered to any of the calls or mails I've sent...

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. No sign of refund in 2 months. Called my bank and raised a dispute. I believe they are in liquidation now so you won't be able to contact them

ALL - please contact your banks regardless of credit or debit card payments and they will be able to raise a dispute due to lack of supply of and goods act.

scam/fraud

Hi all,
I am facing the same issue with this company. My booking has been automatically cancelled and i did not even know about this. I rang Air Canada and they said ticket has been refunded to third party already but it never got back in my credit card. I have emailed them but no response yet also none of their contact numbers are reachable. Is there any place we can complaint and claim back the money.? Any help or advise in this matter is appreciated. Unfortunately i have to buy another ticket to fly in next two weeks. Our hard earned money is taken away by these fraud companies. we all members should join together and report this somewhere so we can get something in return.

Google " Trispsta cashflow" and you will realized Tripsta appears to be having cashflow problem and perhaps this is why its not responding to enquiries? I have submitted an email enquiry as there seems no local contactable number in Singapore. I have been waiting for a response more than a week already. Hopefully a Tripsta representative can contact me regarding cancellation of one flight.

I wish it was possible to give no stars tripsta are a scam and should be shut down. The fact that our government allows a company like this to trade and rob hardworking citizens is disgusting. I worked two jobs to be able to afford my ticket, now I can’t travel and there is no way to contact tripsta to ammend or get a credit for the ticket. All the emails sent through the contact page just come back with a generic response, contact numbers not working. I mean come on, to not have a working contact number for the company that’s disgraceful. You may argue that the onus is on the consumer to find out the reputation of the company before booking, but one of the characteristics of a developed economy, is that there should be working law enforcement to support trade and protect consumers but sadly the UK government doesn’t care. This company will take my money and there is little, if anything I can do about it. So sad! So anyway, don’t use tripsta if you are smart enough to check this page before booking, the money you will save is not worth it if something does go wrong and you need to change something.

This company is a straight up scam

This company is a straight up scam. We need to change our flight to Canada from Vienna that leaves in 3 weeks and its seemingly impossible to contact them. Both phone numbers are out of service and an email inquire results in an automated response saying to contact the flight company.

Furthermore, this message can be read on the front page of their website: We’ve temporarily suspended our service of issuing new flight tickets. In the case of existing bookings, your tickets remain valid. If you need to make any changes to your reservation you can contact the respective airline directly.

Well, isn't that great...

Despite the automated email I received that said to contact the flight company, when I did, they said that is untrue and everything that needs to be changed must go through Tripsta and if they are no longer a company or are simply not responding then I'm sorry but all travel agencies send this email but in fact there is nothing we can do

Avoid at all costs but I suspect yo won't have to worry about them anymore...

No Response No refund

Hi, I would like to have my refund. I booked the ticket and got email that ticket is being refund but when .you can deduct the amount immediately but cannot refund immediately.
Please refund my money.
I used to be your customer but im not gonna recommend any one to buy the ticket through tripsta.

Refund, where?

TRIPSTA: The refund never appears in the account and it’s already more than 1 month and 20 days since they said that it was canceled.
I tried to call the company a lot of time, but since my booking F100049498 was canceled, I cannot finish the call they don't let you talk with anyone.
They never reply with the information I need about the MT 103 - proof of consignment and I am not going to be quiet because it was more than 800 euros!!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I am currently attempting to contact Tripsta as I need to cancel flights due to a death in the family. The contact email does not work. The telephone numbers do not work. This is a last ditch attempt to make someone actually respond to me. My bank may have to block this payment as the business now appears fraudulent.

** The other point to note is that when you dial the customer service number for the UK it asks you to press the pound symbol for your call to be processed. If you do not immediately press this button, the call is cut off. Tell me - how many phones have the pound symbol outside of the text keyboard? Landlines generally do not have this either. This is another ploy to avoid them dealing with customers**

***After scouring the web for an alternative way to contact customer service I found the following email: marketingATtripsta.com . I emailed this address and whilst I did not receive a reply from this address I did receive one from serviceATtripsta.co.uk . As my emails via the contact form came back as undelivered I can only guess this was a result of my emailing the marketing email. I hope this helps someone else***

**** Further update after continued numbers that did not connect or allow you dial the options (UK) I decided to call the Athens number ( as this is where the company is based) even though it stated it was not open on a Saturday. I pressed all the options to "make a reservation" and eventually got through to actual person. They assured me they would cancel and refund my fights. I have everything crossed that they will stick to their word.

Frauds in Tripsta

Can't refund my ticket since end of June, 2017. Ticket is fully refundable but this company doesn't refund money and they don't even have any excuse, they only provide fake refund application number, same time I contact airlines and they don't have any refund applications under my name, ticket / reference number. Dear All, no matter what never ever book anything via Tripsta. They are professional fraudsters. I've submitted complaint to the Ministry of Tourism of Greece (as it is Greece based company). And I can see so many negative feedbacks about this company, surprised why so far no actions against professional fraudsters. I even know what they gonna to reply to this comment: your application has been submitted and its not us )))) Folks, be aware of Tripsta and their frauds. Oh, yes ticket number is F78386381

NIGHTMARE!!! SHOCK!!!

I honestly bought Tripsta.net tickets for the flight Moscow - Abu Dhabi - Seychelles - Antananarivo and back ( Tripsta reservation number: F75215586 ) They informed me that the flight Seychelles - Antananarivo cancelled. That flight is cancelled I had to find out from airport staff the Seychelles. Tripsta.net put my safety at risk! They had to warn me about the cancellation. I was not ready to such turn of events. I had to stay in the Seychelles. I had to contact the office of Seychelles airlines with a request to replace the tickets for the canceled flight. Was spent nerves and money to stay in a country that I was not going to visit. My vacation was ruined. Tripsta.net didn't answer my calls and did not respond to my messages and it's completely logical, because according to their preamble, they are not responsible. It's just scammers are not interested in the lives of people and the good name of the airlines. I hope my message was useful.
