NOT RECOMMENDED: During the booking process there is very scant indication that baggage ist not included. Additionally, there is no step that allows you to book baggage. Afterwards you get a confirmation email stating that there is no bagagge beyond cabin cabin and that adding baggage cost the airline fee (fine) but additionally also 50€ Tripsta service fee per flight direction per person! After complaining very loudly twice they then told me that I could actually book the baggage via the airline without the 50€ fee.
Everything (Emails,Website) indicates that this is actually how they try to earn their money. AVOID!

I requested for my wife’s name change for our flight on 20th feb. from Zurich to Lisbon and back. I sent mails, contacted through many calls, through kontact forms from your website. But it is still not yet changed, very poor service. Thank you.

No problems and tied for cheapest price. If you have any issues it will cost you extra and using their customer service might not be fun. You need to be careful that you book with a credit card where they do not charge service fees. 75€ Euro more to use a visa credit card for example.

While I was booking my flight the price was 615... then after puting my visa card number and later I got confirmation of the booking... to my surprise the price jumped to 645...why and how I don't know
I think the trick was when I changed payment method !

I tried calling them for some complaints but no response, send quite some emails but no response. I haven't received the booking reference number yet to manage the booking and for check in. I regret for having chosen tripsta. Worst service ever

A charge of 21 euros was added over the total amount during the final check out, completely misleading and unacceptable!.
This should have been shown during initial offer.
It was more cheaper to book with another service provider, with better rating, at a lower price and better service package.

Maestro Card
I have a problem before because I only have Maestro card. In your website there is choice to pay with that card. I have tried many time to enter the cvv number and not succeed. After checked in internet what cvv number is, I realized that the Maestro card has no cvv number. Then I went and ask bank about that matter. Bank told me that I cannot pay the ticket with maestro card. I'm not sure if you still can accept maestro . For me, if not, kindly remove it from your system. I wasting a lot of time looking for that solution. The rest, everything ok so far.
