every time I send a request or a…

every time I send a request or a question to the customer service / support I get an automated email saying the issue will be answered and then nothing happens. I need to call and then the issue gets solved on the phone. this means that emailing / writing to the support is useless or takes too long.

Maybe you get the ticket you bought, maybe not.

I really regret having bought my tickets through Tripsta. I purchased a reservation for myself and my infant son, and on a separate booking another for my husband on the same departing flight. We were glad we purchased when we did because our price alerts told us the ticket prices were going up quickly. Two days after I made the purchase and got our booking confirmation, Tripsta sent me an email saying my and my son's booking was cancelled and the money refunded for "technical reasons" which were never explained to us.

On the next day they told my husband if he wanted the flight he booked he'd have to pay an extra €110 more than the price we bought it for. He cancelled the flight instead on principle.

In the end we had to fly on separate days, and paid hundreds of Euros extra for similar flights. Tripsta never recognized the poor treatment or righted it in any way, and not for lack of communication on our part.

If you want to buy a ticket and trust that you actually have a ticket (and at the price you agreed to pay) don't choose Tripsta.

No sense for customer needs

Unfortunately, I urgently needed to postpone my flight.
Tripsta did not give me a chance, not even with a fee, which I would have paid.
It is obvious, that this is the basis for the tradition of overbooking flights - they need passengers to miss their flights.
It would have been an easy chance to prove a sense for customer needs, unfortunately those were not important enough, yet.

Bad experience

Bad experience with this website.
Long waiting call more than 30 minutes. Very very hard to reach call center.
I am writing email many times but no response.
Have to pay extra and extra.

The worst agency...

The worst agency.... Stay away!!!! Never book with them, go to the original air company better, they are a third party sellers. Once you book, be very careful their website works as a sh.., the same is with the mobile version. My friend accidentally booked incorrect days, because the website layout was non user friendly and incomprehensive.
They never gave her a possibility to change the dates for her travel, because the airline didn't allow, and they charged for the cancellation service, though the cancellation mail was sent within the 30 min after realizing the mistake.... this is a real sh... So from the booking costing almost 800 Euros, they refunded for cancellation, because they couldn't change the dates it could only be cancelled, 3 euros... this is the worst agency ever, I have never heard of such a garbage. If you read this, guys, you suck, you are robbers, close your agency and go home. The policy of cancellation within 24 hours should not charge any penny. And you have customized your stupid landing pages so that to be able to rob people even more. The customer service sucks even more. You have to wait in the line for 1 hour and then a service agent that can do nothing about cancellation, though she is answering from the cancellation number, will tell you she can do nothing....
Stay miles away!!

NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

It was just pathetic. I had a flight on saturday, and i had some problem with my ticket, and i couldn't reach the customer service for rescheduling the ticket since they were off on weekends. i got the booking cancelled by the airlines and i missed my flight.

Play too much with the real prices!

If I login first to my Tripsta account and search for the flight I ended up ~10% more expensive than searching per multiple search-engine website. Not cool!
The price given goes during payment ~5% UP if you don't pay with VISA credit card. That is also deceiving...

They added hidden services fees (47 EUR…

They added hidden services fees (47 EUR per flight) to the total cost at the very end, making the total a lot more than advertised. This was not obvious during the booking so I only noticed it after I had paid.
