Airline cancelled flight on 5Mar2020, we raised an request for refund as the customer center does not exist. Till date 05Jul2020 not a acknowledgement email has been issued notr any refund is processed. DO not waste your hard earned money. Morover, avoid skyscanner and its hosted websites.

Has anyone managed to contact this company, because the number they have provided on their website doesn’t work. If yes how and if u have a number or email address please can u share?
We trying to contact them about our canceled trip which was scheduled for 1st of July but no answer via phone or email.

Absolutely horrible service. I STRONGLY STRONGLY advice everyone to avoid this Trip.ae like the coronavirus. Unprofessional service, no sense of customer relations and not one person who has any sense of how to help a passenger. They will take your money quickly but that’s it. No changes or refunds or any service possible. AVOID AVOID AVOID !

Do not use their service, I booked a flight and they charged as normal and cancelled the booking without informing me - I only found out as I contacted them separately. You will be put on hold for 1-2h on average and often the line mysteriously drops, or the connection is so bad as all the agents are in India working from home. Terrible service and completely useless, had to rebook directly with an airline and request a refund from Trip.ae, which according to them takes 3-5 weeks IF the airline approves it, and on their website it says you can wait until a year to get it. How absurd?? Thanks to trip.ae, I had to spend close to 12,000 AED for TWO tickets ... unbelievable

Although the airline has made the refund,
Trip company procrastinate and slow the refund process and takes too much money for handling the refund.. Their policy is not straightforward

I have contacted "Trip.ae" about the refund as the airline have cancelled the flights due to shutdown. I have been told by the customer service that the airline was cancelled but not the ticket. What do you expect me to do if the airline was cancelled and airport is closed???? Please let me process my refund or give me a travel voucher!!!! Have some consideration

 Refrence to my thousand emails which prove that you are unprofessional agency since 11-03-2020 I was trying to reached you over the phone and your lines were busy all the time , no respond to my emails however I Spock to turkish airlines representative just feel minutes ago he said it’s very simple once we receive any cancellation email from trip.ae we will do the needful means you still did not do anything related to my case My big advise don’t book trough this agency

I need a refund with my cancelled ticket.

If trip travel agency is legit, kindly process my refund request as we have tried all available means online and called the provided contact numbers for refund process but no reply.

My flight i due tomorrow: 26 March 2020 auh to mnl but got cancelled due to lockdown of airport in UAE.

In times of crisis I pry this people will help us solve this urgent concern.

I am alarmed as i failed to check reviews prior booking. I can’t see any light in this unless they will start to act and do the work.

The booking process was smooth and the e-ticket was issued within a few minutes of payment.
I would have given them 5 stars except for the annoying number of upsells I had to decline during the booking process.

Does anyone know if trip.ae gives a full refund of your tickets due to Corona Virus? we are trying to contact them by email and by phone but they are not answering.

Scam artists. Spent a massive amount of money on flights with them which have now been cancelled due to coronavirus. Their customer service numbers are disconnected! Do not book with them!

This is Scammer Website. i Booked a ticket for my Family. then the Airlines cancelled them because of corona virus there is some restriction for some countries. it was before departure date with one week. then i contacted Tripe.Ae many times by phone but no answer.
then i filled a complaint through support section on there website they mentioned with in 48 hours you will receive the response but didn`t happen. After that i tried to contact them by phone many times for the whole day it was 2 days before travel date. finally they answered and as per the agent that there was comment on the ticket that it`s cancelled and he told me that they didn`t receive the update from airlines about the refund and informed me to call next week. since beginning of this week i am calling them but just IVR message and no answer. also two days before i received an email from support team that your ticket status no show and no refund how ever the airline them-self cancelled some nationalities and refunded them. when i sent to them explaining all the above. i received Automatic notification we will get back you soon. tried to call again but also IVR message and no answer.
really professional Scammer. even one star is more than what they deserve.

Fraud, never use trip.ae. Their customer service s the worst, they dont reply to your emails, neither the call center. This is a fraud company. Never use. Im stuck away from home thousands of miles because of a return ticket reserved wrong by them and absolutely no customer support. Worst worst company ever

Trip.ae is the worst agency to deal with. We save throughout the year to go On vacations and only to get cheated on from the start!!!Empty promises from the beginning! 1st; In April 2019 I paid for a price freeze for day and had until 10pm to complete my purchase in the same day. At 8pm when I went to complete my payment I received an error saying that the airline hasn’t reserved my booking, hence my travel agent didn’t do their job. I have tried call emailing and messaging them but no response, after calling to the airline they assured me no reservations were made. So, 1000usd MORE later I got the flight I initially reserved. After calling the contact center in another part of the world ( pricey call) I get an email saying we will look into it from Head office and get back to you. It’s Teh end of July already and Till today no reply!

no customer service! I tried to cancel my tickets and they did not answer me they just need the money!!!!! don't deal with them!

Very bad customer service! worst website experience... will never think to use it again, as soon as you make your payment, they disappear and never help you in any way.
