I was ashamed to call, when I did I spoke with a wonderful lady that made me feel at ease.

Very easy to get started. They offer monthly payment of all your credit card debt. In addiction they were able to get some of our interest rates lowered. All of our credit card accounts were closed and we really feel we now have a plan to get out of debt.

Super easy process. Answered all my questions and never once did I feel like I was being "sold" anything. Truly wanted to help me fix my poor choices.

Everyone I have dealt with at Trinity were very helpful. If I left a voicemail they retuned my call promptly. I feel able to breathe again as they help me take control of my debt management.

I felt lost with all my debts, didn't know what to do. Thanks to Trinity that negotiated my debts and now I am able to make affordable payments. So now I don't have the pressure of all my creditors calling me.

Although I wasn't able to completely pay off everything through Trinity, they made the initial, middle, and end very simple to understand. They answered every question I had and made it very possible to go about paying off my debt without having to worry about anything. Would definitely recommend to a friend in need.

Having no experience with any other form of debt management (other than a chapter 13 in 1989) it is somewhat improper to say Trinity is the best there is. Still, I do recommend them wholeheartedly.

They are Christ centered, their monthly fee is cheap (comparatively), all communication replies from them are swift and easily understood, and I even have a personal customer service rep for any further needs.

I have no regrets choosing Trinity.

I received a quote within minutes to see if I would be able to pay my cards off which was nice but then I had to change my billing dates on some of my cards which was a little bit difficult but not all that bad. It's being aware of having the money in the bank for the automatic withdrawal and having enough to pay your mortgage and all other bills, but it's great because all I have is one payment for all the credit cards. Yes, I would recommend Trinity Debt Management to all who suffer with high interest rate cards. Can't wait to be debt free. It will be a relief and it teaches you to pay cash for the things you need to buy so you become disciplined and responsible for your purchases. Thanks Trinity!!

The APR was not the same in the final product as was states to me at the beginning of the process. It was 5% higher!!!!! I wouldn't have done it had I known that ahead of time. I only found that out when my CC card company sent me a confirmation email. NOT HAPPY!

Trinity has saved my life. I was going under with 2 Chase cards I let get the better of me. Being a Christian, I prayed to find help.

Very confusing and a huge waste of time for me. I spoke with multiple people who gave me different information each time. Proposals were sent out and it was higher than my normal monthly payments, which defeated the purpose.
