Higher payments!!

We heard all the ads about how Trinity gave people lower payments and changed their lives, and we needed help. After submitting A LOT of personal information, they said that with Trinity, our payments would be higher than they normally were! I thought that this couldn't be possible, so I called them back to check. Yes, our monthly payment would be higher than our normal payments. How disappointing from a company that advertises how much money they'll save people. Read the fine print very, very carefully. The representatives we talked to did not explain the finer points of working with them.

This place is purely a scam that preys on unsuspecting Christians!

This place is purely a scam that preys on unsuspecting Christians. These con artists even promise to help your credit immensely when first signing up. Once you're suckered in, that's the last you will hear from them. Once confronting them, they will admit that they never promised to improve your credit. Gotcha!!!
This company regularly misses payments to your creditors and will make your life miserable!

Save the stress and headaches and avoid these scammers completely! Chapter 7 would have been much easier, cheaper AND quicker to repair my credit. $30k down the drain later to these con artists, I learned the hard way!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! I've had many people ask me about my personal experiences regarding this company and I will continue to inform them of the truth and to steer clear of any companies like Trinity Debt Management who claim to be a Christian organization. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Get a different answer each time I call

Every time I call to check the status of my settlement, a get a different answer. I signed up in Aug 2016. One time they’ll tell me everyone has settled, the next time they’ll say all but 1 have settled (and will name the creditor), the next time they say all but 1 have settled but will name a different creditor. I cant seem to get a straight answer and also get a different answer each time I ask when the program will be complete. I went from $230/mo to $250 hoping to get it done sooner, increased it again to $275/mo. It makes no sense to my - when someone pulls up my records they should all see the same thing.

I have been paying down my debt through…

I have been paying down my debt through Trinity for 1 1/2 now. They are great to work with. They helped me not ruin my credit , because I didn’t stop paying my cards. I just seamlessly went from paying my cards to paying Trinity. There were no surprises. They did exactly as promised. I would recommend them.

Compassionate and helpful

Our debt counselor at Trinity was very helpful and compassionate while helping us find the best avenue to go down to rid ourselves of our credit card debt. We're still new in the program but so far we are very happy and relieved to finally be working towards becoming debt free.
