TrimRx claimed that they wouldn't auto-renew, but they charged the credit card anyway for over $600 and refused to cancel the order or refund in spite of several calls and complaints.
Did not want the script to come again, but they sent it anyway. I did not authorize the script. I actually cancelled my credit card to prevent billing and they still got the payment through. I HAVE NOTED IN PREVIOUS REVIEWS THAT PEOPLE THINK THAT THEY ARE SAFE CANCELLING THEIR CREDIT CARD WITH THIS COMPANY. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS COMPANY WILL BIILL YOU EVEN IF YOUR CARD IS ANOTHER NUMBER. They will not accept the chargeback nor the credit for a medication that I did not want. Also, the medication came in a cooled container that was melted and the medication was extremely warm. DO NOT GET YOUR GPL1 FROM THESE PEOPLE....THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS.
The weight is coming off, just slower than I expected. I did have one bad round of nausea when my dose changed.

Trimrx has been extremely difficult to get a hold of someone in their clinical department. I have several questions requarding my tirzepatide presentation. I spent over $1500 for a 6 month supply and need some guidance. I've messaged the clinical via the patient portal, I've left a voice message. I've requested call backs and even sent emails. I spoke to someone in customer service on Friday. Rose assured me that I would be contacted from someone in the clinical department. I have not been contacted by anyone. I would not recommend TrimRx to anyone...the website states 24/7 support which is not true.

Buyer beware!!!!
I have been attempting to obtain a prescription refill since mid-January, and after more than six months, I still have no medication, no meaningful updates, and no resolution.
My credit card was charged $769 on May 5, 2026. Today is June 22, 2026, and I have still not received my prescription. Throughout this process, I have been told multiple times that my case would be escalated and that the issue was "with the pharmacy." Yet weeks continue to pass without answers, communication, or delivery.
This is healthcare, not an online retail order. Patients depend on these medications, and delays of this magnitude can have a real impact on their health and well-being. Charging a customer's credit card while failing to provide the medication for nearly two months afterward is unacceptable.
Customer service responses, when they come at all, often take days or even weeks, only to provide the same vague update that the order is being processed. After six months of trying to secure a refill, I have lost confidence that anyone is taking ownership of this issue and that I will receive my prescription.
I am preparing to dispute the charge with my credit card company, due to all of the above. I would welcome a response from someone with the authority to investigate this matter and provide a clear explanation and resolution. Until then, I cannot recommend this company to others.
I recommend the product whenever it comes up. It's been that good for me.
