The order arrived on time and everything was organized. My only suggestion is better cold packaging, because my medication was warm when it got here.

TrimRX is not a trustworthy company

TrimRX is not a trustworthy company. Please do your research to see all the people that have been scammed out of money, from refills, to autopay issues, to deception. Casa Pharma Rx is the pharmacy. TrimRX is the Vendor. Complaint contacts: Calif Board of Pharmacy, Attorney General CA, BBB, your credit card company immediately. Horrible, horrible company.

Start date 3/15/26. #8230509EZEHNMFGJ4 $1,798.00 was charged on 4/20/26. Today is 6/22/26 as I have received a letter with several attempts to cancel within 48 hours, by phone and emails, I have not received a service or product ever! PayPal sides with them saying that the cancelation was not in accordance with merchant's cancelation policy and was recharged without ever receiving a product or service. Now it's time to escalate to BBB and appeal this decision.

Bait and Switch!

Signed up for a sale that made my monthly prescription $159. Said it was locked in never to get more expensive. Then when it’s time to renew I find out it went up to $299! I emailed their help email and never got a response so I called their support number. Was told I had to buy a years supply to get the $159 per month even though that was never shown online. The less than helpful service rep said “well there’s nothing I can do. I have to follow my SOP and we can’t cancel the refill because it was just mailed.” Which is wild if only they would have responded to my email before it was shipped. Shady bait and switch. Don’t fall for it.

Will not allow to cancel even though order not mailed yet

I sent an email to hello@trimr on Saturday June 20 at 10:29 via their website saying that I could not find a cancel link on my logged in page and would like to cancel my prescription. Later that day at 8:16 pm I get an email saying "we are prepping your order with a price of $909 (even though I have 3 weeks left from my previous order) I called Monday 06/22 and said I have a charge pending on my credit card even after I emailed the company to cancel the order. The rep said she cannot find an email in her system from me. I told her that I am looking a 2 email receipts from me. She said she cannot refund the $909 because the order was already sent to the pharmacy. I asked her if the order was mailed yet, she said no but she still refused to call the pharmacy and cancel it.

Horrible Business Practices

Trying to cancel was next to impossible. They insisted on running my credit card one more time even though I had requested numerous time to cancel weeks prior. It took them 2 weeks to give me a "formal" response only to let me know the order was already submitted and there is nothing they can do? Really? It's your company and you can't do anything but charge people after they requested to cancel just days after their first dose? Horrible. I have a business and I'd be out of being business treating people and their money this way. And no discount to boot!

This company should be shutdown

This company should be shutdown. They have an unresponsive email and a number that keeps going to a voicemail and no one calls back. They still took money and refused to refund even tho services where not fulfilled due to lack of communication and customer services. How this is legal in USA, it’s a scam. Avoid this company at all cost.
