Steuerhinterziehung schon bei Angebotsanfrage
Mein Interesse an einer neuen Treppe führte sofort dazu, dass für einen Besichtigungstermin EUR 150,00 IN BAR verlangt wurden. Zunächst schwarz, ohne Rechnung. Nachdem ich eine Rechnung verlangte, wurde der Betrag dann um die MWST erhöht. Bei Auftragserteilung sollte dann der Nettobetrag wieder gutgeschrieben werden, die MWST wäre dann verloren. Ein solches Gebaren schon beim Erstkontakt, vor Angebotsabgabe, ist schlicht unseriös. Wenn es schon so anfängt, ahne ich, wie es später weitergeht.
