Awful. I received a cheap basic af version of the supposed to be smart scale with touchscreen and app. And it took 2 months to arrive and then if I want my money back, I have to ship it to USA at my own cost?! Because they falsely advertised?

after a month of waiting and roughly 0 emails other then one saying it would be coming from china, item arrived and i realised obviously it was asian sizing. wish i would've had some indication on where it would come from, real sizing (measurements), and the fact that it is extremely bad quality material. returns process is fairly non existent due to various fees and getting it back to china. oh well, won't use them again.

BUYER BEWARE!
It has been over a month now and I still have yet to receive my order. Come to find out it was being shipped from China. Since the item took so long to get to me it was no longer needed. When I asked how to cancel and get a refund due to the fact it hadn’t even shipped, I was informed the item had conveniently shipped 2 days prior. I was then informed they had a restocking fee of 25% plus I would have to pay to ship it back.
Had they been clear of the time it would have taken to ship from the beginning and/or their policies I would not have bothered to ordered from them in the first place.
I almost always read reviews before buying from places I don’t know… this time I didn’t and I am 100% regretting it.
