ORDER #3005 i’ve had the issue of…
ORDER #3005 i’ve had the issue of getting in contact with customer service to return my Seahawks jacket. Size was too small but I decided on getting a full refund on my order. After their initial email they have not replied to my emails which I’ve sent 4 since then. If I’m spending over 100 dollars I expect proper customer service. This experience makes others like me on here not trust Trendy for future purchases. Do better.

On Oct 24th (ORDER #2949) I ordered the Eagles Jacket ladies large. even though the size chart shows a size 14 for a ladies large it was 2 or 3 sizes too small. so far I have sent 4 emails with no response on how to return the item. the listed phone number has been disconnected. it looks like the products ship directly from Pakistan there is no USA store.

Great customer service
I ordered a jacket based on their size chart. When I received the jacket and tried it on it was too small. I emailed their customer service department to exchange the jacket for a different size. They answered me promptly with a couple of options. They wanted to ensure that my experience with them was pleasant.
I’m quite happy with my experience and look forward to receiving my new jacket.

Beware unhappy
They stated an item would be shipped in 2 days… it didn’t arrive . We are 12 days out at this point I want to cancel my order. Attempted to cancel the order with an email no response . Attempted to call 2 different customer service numbers which are disconnected. I emailed another email address I have heard nothing. I want to return this item if I do end up getting it so I am not out 100 dollars. I have already contacted my credit card company about this charge. I see that they responded to peoples concerns on this website but an email back to any of these customers would be appreciated.

Jacket is not of good quality and fit too tight. Sent an email to you on 10/30/23 asking for return instructions but never heard back. Invoice that was enclosed with the jacket had total amount of jacket listed as $10.00 when I paid $169.00 for the jacket.
